[Resolved] Myflowerapp — Non delivery of paid items

Rs 1512 paid online for 3 items to be delivered on 8th May 2022 for mothers day. But only 2 items received . No proper response after mails as well as chats. only reply from their sole chat agent is that they have shipped . But they are not giving any update where the shippment is or when it will be delivered. tracking shows order completed. Mothers day is over and its 10th still dont know anything about the missed product. No telephone numbers as contact. nor proper response by mails, I guess they will not deliver and simply drag.

Updated by putu2608 The executive is telling from 10th May that the product is shipped fom their main branch . However he is not telling where his main branch is or where is the product is travelling at present. They only say it is shipped . It is 10days now and I am hearing the same excuse.

Updated by putu2608 The plant was send very late, I received on 20th MAY instead of 8TH may which was the delivery date as per my order. It was received in a very bad state. It was all yellow with dead leaves and almost dead. It was not as they had promised to send. The gift is useless, not send on the promised date of delivery which was Mothers day on 8TH MAY and waste of money. Kindly ask the MYFLOWERAPP to refund my money for the plant. Pls see the picture of the plant that I received.
