I have ordered flowers and a chocolate truffle cake (As mentioned on your website) for valentine's day to my mom n sis in vizag. We stay far away and wanted to make them happy with a small gesture of love on this day with a small cake. But what we see delivered is a horrible and pathetic cake whih is just like a bread soaked in water.. No taste no sweetness no flavour and above all stinking!!!
What a pathetic disgusting thing to do guys on a day on which we have so many expectations and desires to make our ppl happy... Shame on u!!! Is this what u guys are promising us abt??? You r so prompt in taking our money right while ordering.. Then y such recklessness and negligence in getting our order delivered??? On top of all your contact number!!! Nearly 40 times i tried to reach you on that so called contact us number o[censored]rs but it just doesnt work!!! Disgusting service.. Are u running away post robbing our money and name sake delivering some rotten stuff n vanishing without trace??? If you cannot guarantee a quality service with minimum stabdards atleast then just shut ur so called services rather than looting us up.. Atleast have guts to answer our calls or respond to our mails i[censored] gusy r not looters of this society.. Pathetically worst rated service!!!
