Myflowertree — delay in delivery with no intimation and no response from customer care

Updated by Vna09 I ordered a Rakhi combo (Order. No 673198) on 7/29/2020 scheduled for delivery on 1/8/2020. Not only is the order running late but the MyFlowerTree team or their courier partners have not provided any intimation nor are they responding on customer care calls, chat bot or FB Messenger. Truly unprofessional behaviour withe zero accountability for the payment taken from customers.

Updated by Vna09 Inspite of so many emails and phone calls. No response from their team. Only when I was try to place order they immediately called me. Not sure if they are even real or just scamster. They need to be blacklisted.
