I have placed an order on 14th of Feb for someone but the order was not delivered within that day, its a busy say to whatever. They marked the order as "delivered" the day after with no one receiving anything and its impossible to contact anyone at MyFlowerTree. I had ordered from them twice before and this is the first time I've had such a huge experience. I cannot issue a refund, file a complaint or do anything against them. Its extremely frustrating when the people in charge just suddenly disappear and there's absolutely no way to reach out to them. There are a ton of other people facing the same issue in the similar timeframe. I reckon a legal action against them is in order. Was this information helpful? |
