I had ordered rakhi online which the website claimed 3hrs delivery or guaranteed same day delivery for which they charge premium price. I had no update on the order and there was noone in there customer care centre team, i called multiple times there was more than 15 mins waiting but still no response, sent email as well as facebook message. I have still got no response from the team since yesterday, half of their mentioned numbers were either invalid or not available.
