Dear Sir,
On 10th of August I had ordered flowers and greetings card worth Rs.546 to get it delivered. Till now the product isn't delivered and no response from the customer's center end.
For the first few days they told that my order will be delivered within 3-4 days, but now the team is not replying to any mails. Moreover, tracking the order is also not working and the policies are making no sense. They denied returning the money, if they cannot deliver the product on time or even deliver it all, they should atleast do courtesy. Was this information helpful? |
