I have raised complaint with MyFlowerTree through the Chat, Calls and over emails about the delay in service and also pathetic quality of product were sent to me which i had to deny and returned it back. The Order ID # 1035977 dated 08th May 2022.
The delivery guy told me that if i would not receive a refund as they would make an entry as "Attempted to deliver but no one at the property". This is not the right way of making business with the customers taking us for granted.
Please find the note sent to the delivery team and the photos of the product which was wrongly delivered and also with dried flowers.
Did not expect such poor service from Myflowertree. I have raised complaints in your complaint page and also had a chat with the customer care team and waited for a month to get the response and the refund. Since till date my concern has not been resolved, I urge you to help me get a refund the full amount of INR 812/-. Also, such companies should be penalized for taking Consumer for granted and their license need to be revoked.
I have gone through lot of stress in recovering the refund and also made multiple calls on that day but not acknowledged well. Need a compensation for the stress and loss of time and effort to get the right product in place.
