Myflowertree — order made on feb 14 is still not delivered and support team not providing refund for its failure

The order (Id:635139) which i have made on the valentine's day (Feb 14) is still not delivered to the recepient.

I tried to reach support team multiple times in past few days through messages and phone calls. I was assured thrice by the support team through messages that item will get delivered without fail. But till now no delivery has been done and no intimation is received by me or the recipient regarding this order.

It has been a week and order is not yet supplied to the recipient. As mentioned above, i have been trying to check with the concerned department about the courier but there is no correct response yet. Moreover i'm seeing dates getting changed to current date with same time when i try to query the current status of the order in consecutive days.

I want to cancel my order (As it was mainly intended for the valentine's occasion) and i need complete refund of the amount debited from my account for the same.
