I placed an order for a bouquet to be sent on 7th feb and time slot given was 6p. M to 9.00 p. M however its 12.30 a. M of next day and it has still not been delivered. I have tried reaching out via chat, call and email and none were successful.
I request for a refund since i am now booking flowers from another vendor and thanks for spoiling my surprise for someone special Was this information helpful? |
