Hi Team,
I had placed an order for a same day delivery 8th Nov 2021.
Flowers and Cake.
After sseveral calls and confirmation from the customer care that the same is booked for 15th Nov 21, instead of 8th Nov 21, I placed a request for cancellation. i was told that it was taken.
On the 15th November 21, order was delivered to my mother and She obviously received it thinking that it may be for her, I again called myflowertree team to pick that order back and process the refund. Hiwver they said that since it is delivered they cannot help it. The cancellation was not taken on 8th November 21 and hence now we have to take the order. This is very unfair and unprofessional.
