I had ordered for red roses, vase and chocolate cake for my husband for feb 14th. I had chosen same day delivery. The amount was deducted and the order is not yet delivered. The app says attempted delivery on 14th feb. But i haven't received any call/sms/any alert yet. Tried to reach customer care, never got through. Chat option seems to be not working. This is a fraud company that uses people's hard earned money and play with emotions. Was this information helpful? |
