I ordered a product for same day delivery on 14th Feb, which was to be delivered before 9 PM. The product was not delivered neither got any information regarding same. I tried to reach through there customer support mails and number but it said number got changed and the other number disconnects itself though i tried multiple times. Lately i got mail that delivery was attempted at 8 PM but receiver did not responded, though i was there at the delivery address and both numbers was there with me which i provided for contact but no one came to deliver item nor got any call or information regarding the same. This is definitely a fraud company. Requesting everyone yo please come along and lodge a complaint against this company as they neither delivered product nor refunded money Was this information helpful? |
