Hi, I had ordered a cake for a friend as per the image was shown on their website. The cake that was delivered nowhere near to the actual image and was damaged as well. I spoke to the delivery partner and they had agreed to take the cake back and to provide us the refund. I returned the cake at the same time and sent the image as well.Now when I asked for the refund from the company, they are denying for it. I had also spoken on virtual chat at the myflowertree website and sent the image for their referral. I have recordings from the deliver partner saying that they will be refunding the amount back to the card. The customer care is saying that we didn't receive any image which is a blatant lie and are saying that you can go legal and that they don't care. I don't know how are they operating with such operational defects and inefficient after sales service/ customer service. Please look into the matter.
