Worst experience ever. This is the first time I 'm giving a single star review in Google.
This was my experience: I was in a two day trip in Wayanad. And accidentally my phone fell down and after that charging was not proper( but if I hold tight the case it can be able to charge). So I thought to get it serviced. I went to a local shop in Panamaram and the technician advised me to get it serviced with Samsung store/ authorized center. So I called MyG Mananthavady and asked about - whether you guys are authorized for samsung repair and about genuine spare parts, the guy told me that they are authorized and only serviced with genuine parts. So I went to this center. So here begins the drama.
The service representative told me that he will replace the charge port of my phone and cost around 450 rupees. And 1 hour time for completion. I told him that I'm In trip and like to get it serviced ASAP he agreed for maximum fast and noted my friends number for intimation us about the completion. We just went out and have food and waited. After 1 hour no call, wait fir another 30 mins again no call. So went directly back to store. So he suddenly told that it already started, but we know that he just started ( because one another guy came and asked what was the problem and which mobile I have given). So we got frustrated inside but didn't shows it outside and waited almost 1 more hour, after he told me and said it got replaced the port and it working, I asked for live demo, it fails to charging, so I asked what happened, he got sweat and told me that it's not working now but was working before 😄( note that now I can't even charge my phone even holding the cable). And advised me to got to samsung store and replace with genuine parts. WTF I asked his So what parts you replace to my phone he said it's not genuine spare, it's just copy spare. I asked him then why your representative told me in the beginning that you are working with genuine parts and now I cant even claim my warranty. He started blushing and murmuring something. He not only damaged my phone but wasted my 3.5 hours as well.

Ps: When I was waiting inside the store, I can see that for other customers replacement parts bringing from nearby local services centers( means in MyG they don't have any spares at all, in the same shopping complex there are somany shops selling Chinese made spares and accessories and these guys have tie-up with them, so each time they will got to those shops and getting those duplicate items and bring it inside and putting to phones
