I was visited your thrissur poothol shop lastday regarding for buying new laptop. At a time i planed to change my old thoshiba lap. I spend my 56 minutes for getting proper answer. At last he said he will send all details about new laptop and value of my old laptop. But till now they didn't give answer. Few minutes before i try to contact them. I surprised with theire behavior... They attended my call they not provide...

I had purchased a laptop and after an year due to a blue screen error gave it there for service. Not only that they failed to attend and address the issues timely but also the laptop had connectivity issue after the service. They wasted our time....

Samsung A32 was purchased from MyG Digital, Kannur. Started having issues with the charging port with a pop-up message stating - "Temperature too low to charge".
Phone purchased on Aug 2020 and the problem started right after 1 year and hence was repaired under extended warranty scheme provided by MyG.
Firstly the mobile was given for repair on 28 Oct 2021 then received back after almost 3 weeks then again the same problem...

Worst experience ever. This is the first time I 'm giving a single star review in Google.
This was my experience: I was in a two day trip in Wayanad. And accidentally my phone fell down and after that charging was not proper( but if I hold tight the case it can be able to charge). So I thought to get it serviced. I went to a local shop in Panamaram and the technician advised me to get it serviced with Samsung store/ authorized center....
