The site is dubious. I was shopping around and was stuck at the shopping cart without proceeding to payment.The next thing I know is that the amount of 949 was deducted from my bank through a system notification. I did not key in any payment details so I dont know how this amount was pulled from my a/c. Usually customers are redirected to the payment gateway pages to select their preferred mode and from there they get OTPs.
None of these steps occurred yet the money has been pulled. I request IMMEDIATE reversal of the transaction as It was not authorized by me.
This needs immediate investigation, as there isn't even an order confirmation from the site to confirm that the order was placed and received by Myglamm.
