Prepaid order
I have placed order on 6.5.2023 but till date order is not shipped even there whatsapp customer care don't have any update not even they are answering anything promptly and properly, it's a prepaid order and they are not even cancelling the order.

Fraud discount offers
My glamm is offering any product @ rs 01/-. but you need to order minimum of Rs. 198/- for free delievery. I ordered two items worth Rs 01 & 298/- they delievered rs 298/- product and disappered. Now they are not delievering my 01/- Rs product. Product was of manish malhotra. Both are faraud manish malhotra & my glamm.

Missing order, No refund
I ordered 15 items out of which 7 are missing. They provide no help whatsoever.
I cancelled three orders and they are not refunding me. They say it's automatic but haven't recieved any. Also they say that as per their status the refund is success. What the hell

No refund or change address facility
I found that I entered wrong address
Immediately (within 5 mins) after placing order I contacted team via email.
But response is that they will not change address. I expect refund of the money

Incomplete order delivered

So basically I placed below two orders for two lipsticks in each package (total 4)
In both the orders One lipstick each is missing. So when I raised a complaint, they asked for the proofs (carton, bill, etc) which I provided...After days of chasing they are replying that it was scanned and packed well so they can't do anything now..(basically they meant I am lying)
I replied back to give me the proofs that it was packed well...since I didn't receive it. I have complete right to know about the products I paid for since it's not completely delivered to me ..they are just replying the same mail again and again.

I received an empty package with nothing but an invoice slip inside.. I don’t know why they would send an empty package to a customer and I really disappointed with the customer service.. no response at all.. plz provide a resolution soon.

I ordered POPXO MAKEUP - PRETTY MESS - MINI LIP KIT, PERFECT CURVES MATTE LIP CRAYON - SIREN and got a free MYGLAMM K.PLAY ACAI BERRY ANTI-OXIDANT SHEET MASK .
The item POPXO MAKEUP - PRETTY MESS - MINI LIP KIT had all 3 lipsticks damaged in it.. i have attached the image below.
then i am talking to customer care of my glam its displaying your chat is in que ..no representative turned up.
I have attached the image of my order too.. please look into this as soon as possible .
And would like to get my product replaced .

Received defective product
I have received defective product (foundation stick).
The outer box is damaged and the inner product is also not in proper state. There was no lid on the foundation stick.
I tried reaching out on the chat support, but I received no response from your end.

My money is currently blocked with myglamm
I had placed an order on 20th August 2022 and it was out for delivery within 2-3 days. Delivery person called me and asked me to come near to the main road. I reached there, but he was not available. I tried to call back to the same number but no luck.
Till date, I am yet to receive the product. I tried to cancel the order from myglamm whatsapp chatbot, however it is not allowing me to cancel the order. always saying order is in transit and can not be cancelled.
My Money is currently blocked. Request for an urgent resolution. Either return my money ASAP or deliver the product on high priority.

Product not received, but got a message that it is delivered
I have not received my lit matte lipcolor, but I got a mail which says the product is delivered. I didn't get any call from the delivery boy to confirm the address. If it is delivered at any other address who will be responsible for the same. Not at all impressive myglamm. If it is so, your word of mouth will be spoiled by many like me. Refund my money or send a product.

The site is dubious. I was shopping around and was stuck at the shopping cart without proceeding to payment.The next thing I know is that the amount of 949 was deducted from my bank through a system notification. I did not key in any payment details so I dont know how this amount was pulled from my a/c. Usually customers are redirected to the payment gateway pages to select their preferred mode and from there they get OTPs.
