Mygubbi — not issuing the reference amount as promised while booking

I have taken the interior work from my gubbi for my home while booking they said like for reference they will give 5 % discount but finally they collected all the money including refernce and told like they will give it back (5% reference) money once after the installation
The worst thing is the one who we contacted left the organization and we have escalated the issue with higher management so one person from management he told like he will release the amount after one month and send mail also

But if we try to call them after the given time no one is picking the call for some days and then i call to my gubby customer care they told once again the same process story...

So guys dont go for this company they dont follow there words and these guys will quote more than in market
