I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding a defective and potentially unsafe protein supplement that I received from MyProtein.
I recently purchased protein powder (details: [ 2 - whey isolate protein, 1 - pista ice cream flavour, 1 - strawberry cream flavour and order ID[protected]]), and upon opening the package, I noticed significant quality issues. The product has an unusual smell and taste, which strongly indicates that it may be spoiled or contaminated. This raises serious health concerns.
Despite paying a premium price for this product, the quality delivered is unacceptable and unsafe for consumption. I have already contacted MyProtein’s customer support regarding this issue, but I have not been provided with a satisfactory resolution.
Additionally, I have another unopened protein product ( Strawberry cream flavour) from the same order, which I do not feel safe using anymore due to this experience. I would like to return and get a refund for that product as well.
Selling such potentially unsafe consumable products is highly irresponsible and unacceptable.
I request the following actions to be taken immediately:
1. Full refund for the defective product
2. Refund/return acceptance for the unopened product
3. Proper investigation into the product quality issue
I have attached all relevant proofs, including product images and invoice copies, for your reference.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through consumer court and other legal channels.
