Order placed but not showing in account and money debited

I have purchased protein powder from myprotein india for rupees 3374.25 but order is not reflected in website but my money is debited from Google pay account. When I contacted customer care they are not giving proper replies. Please help.

I placed my order about a week ago and they are not responding to emails / calls. They are not dispatching my product and not allowing me to cancel through their website stating one product has been dispatched but no product is showing as dispatched.
