Myprotein — Not delivering and not even refunding

I had placed an order from myprotein app with Order Number:[protected].

After successfully making payment and order placement, I had not received any updates on the order for couple of days and then I cross checked the address against the order and the phone number was incorrect and as the deliver partner for them is Delhivery, so they have the incorrect phone number in the courier. After I tried contacting Delhivery team but could not as there IVR just checks active order from number dialed. Now I tried contacting myprotein customer care and they asked me to contact delivery team, I told them about the issue with Delhivery team and merchant needs to update the address but they are doing anything, they are not refunding and not even delivering my order, I don't know what I can do, my money is stuck because of these companies stupid mechanism
