However, It's Been 10 Days Now And Even Now Their Response Is Same, Asking Me To Wait For 5 More Days Without Any Resolution.

I Need A Replacement Of The Items Or Atleast Refund Of My Money.

I ordered two packs of whey protein from the site. Both of them were available at the time when I ordered them. I was delivered only one pack. Then I reached Myprotein customer care for the delay. They said that the product was out of stock. I asked them to refund the amount ( As I need the whey protein immediately, and it was uncertain when the product would come back into stock ) and send the invoice for the rest order delivered. The amount gets refunded, and I have not received the order invoice yet. I also contacted customer care regarding the issue, and they said that will mail me the invoice, but still, I have not got the invoice from the company. I also send a mail regarding the same now. It has been nearly three weeks since I ordered the product. Why are they not sending the invoice with the product itself or along with the mail or putting a soft copy of the order on the site in my order profile? This is a very unprofessional and inefficient way. I am finally reaching the consumer complaint due to this long, time-consuming, and frustrating process. I request you to send me the invoice for the product which I need so I can get reimbursement of the amount ( as the protein was ordered for the sports team in my college) from the sports body of the collage.

I have contacted them many times(more than 10 times) but always i am getting their response like their finance team is investigating. They told it will take 5-10 working days in investigation, but its already been over twice. The Jan month is about to end so its almost a month. I am expecting whole refund or the same product. It’s been over a month now and I haven’t received my order they aren’t even cancelling the order they have the worst customer service, they aren’t picking up calls or replying to messages this isn’t acceptable. Order number :[protected]

I got 2000 referral credit. They are telling their customers that credit will expire after 90
Days but it show on my account that my credit will expire on next 2 days that means valid till (27/06/2022) but it expires today at 10pm that means 2 hr earlier. This is a scam you are cheater. I am showing the picture below that the credit will expire on 27 and today is still 27 and it expire earlier. I want my credit back as soon as possible

I have placed an order of 13391 Rs from Myprotein india official website, my order was cancelled on the same day in which i have placed and got the mail refund will be completed in 3-5 days.After 5 days i raise the complaint on their portal that my refund is not happen yet, then i got another mail in which they have mentioned refund will be completed in 14-15 days, After 17 days i again raise the complaint that refund is still pending, yesterday i got the mail that refund will be completed in 15 days from yesterday.Please raise the complaint regarding the same and i am attaching the screenshots for your reference.

I placed my order on 26/11/2021 GOAT Sale. Its been more than 2 weeks and i am not receiving any updates from them. They are not answering my call and no response on where is my order. Please escalate this to the highest authority.

It’s been more than 10 days when I placed my order on 26th nov 2021 on Black Friday sale …and it is still not being dispatched and the customer care service is also not responding to this issue. It’s been quite long now … they are just scamming people in then name of sale.. there are many people like me who haven’t received what they have paid for. While ordering the first time the transition got failed and the second try transition went normal and order is placed successfully.

But money has been debited from my account twice.
I tried contacting the company many times for the refund of the money with no orders but no response from them.

I ordered some of their products worth 11, 359 rs online and the estimated dispatch date was given as 22/june/2021.

I did daily follow-ups on the dispatch of products and there has been the same automated response every time that the order is in progress.

Yesterday i tried contacting them in the support number given in their website, but its a false number it seems.

I chatted with the agent via the online chat bot and the agent says the cancellation is not in his department and got a cancellation refusal by mail.

This website has been running a lots of offers and discounts recently on health products seeing which i have placed the order, but i suspect fraud here since after taking money there is no order update provided and they are refusing order cancellation.

This complaint is regarding the delivery of a product after the payment. So i have made the payment 4 months ago but haven't received the product even yet.

I ordered the product 4 months ago and a order takes generally 3 weeks to reach the address but this time they haven't delivered the product yet and when i am asking for help they are saying to wait as it will be get delivered. It's been 4 months and i am messaging them from 2.5 months, all they say is "product is stuck somewhere" or like "it will reach you in 3-4 days".

It's very clear that they are not going to deliver the product ever, it only takes 20 days to deliver the product.

I am attaching a receipt of the order with date of the order, please help this resolve this and help me shut the doors of these frauds.
