I am writing to formally escalate an issue regarding the return of my order[protected], which has become extremely frustrating despite my full cooperation.
As per your instructions, I arranged the return of the product through a courier service. However, the courier has attempted delivery and was unable to deliver the package because no one was present at the given return address to receive it. Additionally, no contact number was provided at the address, leaving the courier with no option to complete the delivery.
Despite this, I am being repeatedly contacted and pressured regarding the return, which is unfair and distressing, as the failure is not from my end. I have already made a genuine attempt to return the product and have tracking proof of the delivery attempt.
