Myprotein — worst customer service and the product quality

I have placed an order on 26th November 2025 and today is 18th December 2025, till date I have not received my order yet. MyProtein seems to be a trusted supplement brand fails to provide a better customer service in India. The chaos between the My protein and the their delivery partner hold back my product for more than 20 days without any prior intimation, delayed messages or any other alternatives. Is this a brand will do. If My protein doesn't have a customer support help desk in India, a local stores in India best to quit Indian market in providing a false scam marketing and businesses. Rather than spending bulk for promotions, ads, influencer marketing, its better to spend for providing a better customer satisfaction with the timely delivery and a quality products. I have not received my refund and the proper reason for my inconvenience. I have to voice out this issue through Social media forums, National consumer rights forum to get a better clarity on the issue. The delivery time mentioned in the website from 4 to 7 working days, but more than 20 days I have not received my product even the proper notification for the delay from the Myprotein side. Is this the brand will do. Then Myprotein is not a trusted brand and seems to be a Scam brand in India.
