Myself — money deducted but two wheeler insurance not provided

Greetings

I bought two wheeler insurance through bajaj portal on 05-09-19, I made the payment through bagicpay.bajajallianz, it was successfully deducted from my account but then a redirecting page appeared.

After some time, below message shows on screen that we have already received the payment against this transaction 27601190. You shall received the confirmation in few hours.

Till date no email, no message received in this regards.

Request you to please look into matter on priority. As you all aware today motor vehicle act and challan fees.
