Dear Shopify Support,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Gripzza.com, a merchant operating on your platform. My order was confirmed on 27 Jan 2026 and paid via GPay. Despite repeated follow-ups, the item has not been delivered, and no acknowledgment has been received from the seller.

- Issue: Non-delivery and no response to emails
This constitutes deficiency of service and unfair trade practice. I request Shopify to intervene immediately to ensure either delivery of the product or refund of the payment. I am also escalating this matter to the National Consumer Helpline.
