I opted to redeem an amazon gift card worth 500 as I was having verified 2000 smart points in my account on 9th Jan with redemption id 83096 but today is 25th and still no mail from msp . accordingly I raised a claim on My smart price on 12th Jan with reference id 121905 and still no action.I thought msp to be a genuine company, but I was wrong.please look into the matter
