We ordered a bag from smat price website on 29-jan-2016. and very smartly they deduct the bag amount from my account with my permissions(online banking)worth . the notification was that it will delivered with 10-15 working days .but till date we dint received any response from them .not a single message, email & call. this is not the way to deal with a decent customer .please refund my money .please note below mentioned details:
