I placed an order (#276454) on January 30, 2025, through MySubs.in, but have not received the item to date. Despite multiple follow-ups, they continue to blame the publisher instead of taking responsibility for ensuring proper delivery.

Since the payment was made to MySubs.in, it is their responsibility to either ensure timely delivery or issue a full refund. However, they are shirking accountability and misleading customers by shifting the blame.

Additionally, MySubs.in fails to provide clear and visible disclosure regarding their delivery policies and responsibilities. Customers are only informed later that shipments are handled by publishers without tracking, which is not transparently disclosed upfront. This lack of proper disclosure is misleading and unfair to buyers.

I request your intervention to:

Ensure immediate delivery or a full refund.

Direct MySubs.in to clearly disclose their policies on order fulfillment and liability in a visible and transparent manner instead of hiding them in a field which no one visits to prevent further consumer grievances.
