I placed an order (#276454) on January 30, 2025, through MySubs.in, but have not received the item to date. Despite multiple follow-ups, they continue to blame the publisher instead of taking responsibility for ensuring proper delivery.

Since the payment was made to MySubs.in, it is their responsibility to either ensure timely delivery or issue a full refund. However, they are shirking accountability...

As per policy, magazines should start within 6 weeks, but now it was informed that it will take 3 to 4 months to start.

This is a cheating or fraud case.

I have taken a subscription to the magazine from sub after full payment. It's been more than 2 months. I didn't get a single magazine yet. I have mailed multiple times to the support Team for refund money or magazine delivery that doesn't reply a proper justification. It's totally fraud. I need my Money back....

Day light fraud can only happen in India....

Payment is taken by mysubs but magazines aren't received

I have paid for the annual subscription of Tell Me Why magazine in Nov 2023. I haven't received a single issue of the magazine so far. The customer care is also not cooperative and just asks to wait for few more days. It's been 3 months already and I feel like I've been scammed. Looks like the company is a fraud company.

Subscription done on 16th jun 23, still not even a single book we have received, mailing them the same since past 3 weeks. Fraud company. Very cheating fellows, now no one is picking the call

I haven't received an single issue after subscribing to "the week" on "My subs" it costs 1400 rs they are not even replying to my mail and not answering the call too . fake site

I had ordered an yearly issue of DOMUS magazine from mysubs on March 2020. The order number is 125745 under the name Asmitha. I haven't recieved even a single issue till date. When I had inquired on August 2020 they said it was due to covid and will respond soon. I have even been mailing them and there has been no response. I want my issues to be delivered immediately or I will lodge an official complaint

Fraud Website.
Once you subscribe, they dont deliver or respond to emails.
I did a Year National Geographic Subsription and only 1 issue was delivered.
I wrote to them 2 to 3 times but they never responded.
Fake sites should be blocked.

Not responding after money transfer

Received only 3 issues of Champak till date, I want my money back and cancel this order.really poor service and no response on calls on help line numbers of company my subs.

I placed an order for a year subscription, complete cheating as nothing is delivered even after 70 days and no one picking phone.

Not a single copy recieved. and when i call they say i will see.. then monthes pass. but no reply. i recorded the call this time.

I have subscribed for the magazine Autocar & payed Rs 1380/- on 24th Aug'21for full year.
Till now there is no confirmation or acknowledgement for the same.

I have tried their customer care number but there is no response.

Highly unreliable service . After paying for a Reader's digest subscription for a year. Not receiving issues. No one is picking the number provided on website.

They have listed non published magazines issues in website, after payment for e-copy we notice that the subscription issue is yet to be published. Very bad experience overall.

Site named my sub is visible second while searching for any magazine.
Totally fake site as it will take money & not give you any magazine..
Do not know how come cc avenue give them payment link 🔗 access..
Does any authorized way of checking out.
Why Delhi is hub for all such fraud activities.

Its been 2 months I have paid for subscription of Magzine but I have not received single copy of my subscribed print. Totally fraud company.

We subscribed to a 1-year, 12 printed issues of "Tell Me Why" magazine through order number 154354 on 20 February 2021. Am amount of Rs. 380 was paid for this.

As of 02 April 2021, we have not received any magazine.

The customer service number is disconnected and I am unable to reach them.

I have booked magazine magic pot in Mysubs website and amount also paid amount. my order no 150697.But in status showing its delivered.kindly sort out this issue.

Subscribed to Nat Geo kids magazine and paid for a Year on 31 Dec 2020 . 3 Months have passed not a single copy received. The company seems to be fraud. Neither are they refunding money.

I had subscribed for national geographic kids magazine on mysub website. I had paid 900rs on June 15 2020. They are not responding to my call and mail. Till now they have not delivered one copy. My mail is [protected]@yahoo.com. and [protected]. Transaction id is[protected].

I have subscribed to MySubs magazine end of May. I have not received any of the magazine copies till now. Initially they have mentioned that due to covid the printing is delayed. But now when i check the site, it is showing as expired.
This is cheating customers.

I've paid a year subscription for a magazine on 13th August and yet I haven't received my first copy. Tried to contact the customer service but no body answers my call.

I have paid the amount for the Magic Pot on 20th June 2020. I was told that first copy of the Magic Pot will be dispatched from August. On 8th August 2020, when I asked for the subscription, I have been told that I will start from Last Week of August.
Once again, I wrote to them on 30th August 2020 regarding the First copy, I received the mail stating my query will be answered in 2 Working Days. But, today I saw that reply was removed from the mail box!
Even they are not receiving my calls also.

I am sensing something in this transaction.
Please provide solution to this issue.

I had ordered for full year subscription of national geographic magazine and made online payment on 20 sept 2018 but till date not a single issue has been received. Every time i send them an email they had a ready made email which they send as reply saying that "we are sending all issues on time". They have never given any courier or postal i'd from where it has been send. This is a fraud company and big cheaters. Beware and don't shop anything from them.
