I have paid amount for "Radheya" using UPI on 16/04/2023, and on the UPI i got a notification that payment was successfull and also the money was debited from my bank. However, on bookganga website i see that my order is still in pending payments section, and when i wish to edit the option, it asks me to pay again. Order no.[protected] Also, the helpline no. Apr 18, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved I received order confirmation a day later of submission of complaint, and i have received the book as on 18/04/2023. MyVishwa Technologies / BookGanga.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
