[Resolved] Naaptol — delaying of pick up of cancelled item | |||
I have ordered a juicer from naptol company on June 4 of 2019. But later I found that it is a damaged product so I choose to cancel the item, naptol didn't agreed for the cancellation of the product and they let me choose to exchange of the product with any another item available for the same price.and today is jul 30 still they didn't came to pick up the cancelled item . Am waiting from more than a month by calling the customer care of naptol all the time . They keep on telling me that they will arrange the pick up within 48-72 hours.
