[Resolved]  Naaptol — getting fake calls in the name of naaptol

I once bought a juicer cutter combo for rs 999. Since it was of bad quality i immediately returned it. At that time they did not return my money instead of that they asked me to buy a another product. How can they force a consumer to buy product. For letting not go my money waste i bought a another product ie combo of 7 bags. But sir, since than i have been getting calls 3 times that i have been a winner of lucky draw contest. They again and again say that you won a car, cash price, winning certificate. Firstly all the information regarding our purchases, phone number, adderss is leaked by the napptol company itself. Their courier are the one demands extra as a tip from customer. And later they start giving bad words. This is just to make people aware this is also one of the way they are harassing the customers. Please look into the matter or else i will sue the company naaptol.
