I had ordered 5 blankets of 999
And was info will get a voucher of 5000
However was not info I need to redeem the same on line using the link
So I called the contact center and placed a request to cancel the same the same day the delivery was done Now the advisor info me this will take 5 working days
I waited for a week and call again that when I came to know I cannot cancel as it is more then 7days I requested Mona to listen to the recording she did not agree wanted to place a complain I info her I do not want to complain just arrange a pick up
She still got a complain logged and no pick up done then I get a call from a manager stating they cannot do anything I had to escalate this further and go a call from the complains team I explained that I have a basic phone and I ma 68 years old lady this is not worth She said she will look into it and escalate the same
I got a other call late in the evening
Saying sorry I will send the link and I told him I spend the whole day with this issue and now yo still want me to click the link that doesnot work on my phone pls do not close the complain He then sent a text your complain is resolved for more query sent a whats up mgs How am I suppose to do this on a basic phone
And now I just donot want to go thought all this just place a request to cancel this order
or pls let me know i will take this to RTI ( consumer court )
