I ordered a Gadget Hero EZCAP Walkman Audio Cassette Tape Player to MP3 Converter at Naaptol.online. Order ID: order No. 11444355. Order date: 06/11/2014. Item not received till now. I complained at their site several times but they close the complain with comment "successfully resolved". They are even not able to provide me the courier details.
