I ordered kitchen queen 43 pcs coloured stainless steel storage set on 27th july 2018 and got it on 4th august 2018. But product is defective. I filed a complaint order no. 49950726 complaint id: 34055989. There is no full refund (Rs 1999) and no complete replacement and they have closed the complaint. I am still following on this. I am just getting a promise that product will be picked and i will get refund. This is one month now but no resolution. Please look into it and refund full amount.

I bought the sofa cum bed from your company as per you advertisement on tv... Now its about 1month ago and there is a hole in it... We use it only for sitting or sleeping even we don't move it... Still a hole there you have been, , how it happened if that you so something and told... Now u may excahnge it or give me another solution
