Hei i'm ritika rangkau and i'm from nagaland. Yesterday i got a letter from post office and i receive that certificate of achievement. So i call up to prize helpline number and they said to give my account detailed so i gave to them. And they told me that tomorrow morning before 10 they will transfer to my account. But they again cal me and said that i need to transfer 11000 in their account first so that they can send the amount.
