Dear Sir/Madam,
I have bought a sewing machine from Naaptol as per show product demo on TV. I have use it and found it’s not stitch the cloth properly so I complained on customer care many time they connected to me with their technical team to resolve my issue but unfortunately they are not able to solve my issue at last I have sent a mail to Naaptol Support team. They confirm me to solve this issue and take back the product from my house by Blue Drat Currier services.
But no one visit my house form any Currier company till yet and yesterday one phone received from Naap-tol company and blame me I have not submit the product to company in warranty time so now they will not replace my product.
It’s clearly they are cheating me. Please help in this issue:
