I received a registered post with a scratch card mentioning a huge prize. we got to know this is fraud but how are they getting these information along with the address and including the phone number given to original naaptol company. This is absurd and each and every data of the customer should be the responsibility of the company and it should be noted that it is confidential. Kindly do the needful.

They have shared whatsApp number to share lucky draw code as well

My order id is 74988917. Bought on 10.1.21. It got automatically cancelled on 14.1.21. After repeated calls, they gave one excuse after another until I posted my complaint here and got a call from Naaptol saying it's because my area is not serviceable. He also said my refund will reach my account in 72 hrs. Now 7 days are over, no refund. Calling customer care is waste of time.
This was my first order that I booked on Naaptol. Now you have lost one customer because of your very poor customer services and coordination.

I am a customer of naaptol. The address mentioned and shared with them have been shared with many third parties. I have got 2 letters in which the naptol was written and the details have been given in such a way that anyone can fall into such kind of traps. The address has been shared by then due to which the letters are reaching to me easily without any inconvenience and sharing my address and details is a violation to my right to privacy. This can definitely lead to some bad results if not stopped because this kind of incident has never happened with me when I have shopped through different other applications including the Amazon, flipkart etc.

I placed my order on 10th Jan 2021, My order Id is 74988917. My order never got confirmed but 2498/- was debited from my account.
On 14 th Jan 2021, the order got automatically cancelled. I called up [protected] regarding my situation and they were clueless. So they placed my order again with new ID 75136947 and said product will arrive in 24 hrs. New order ID did not reflect on my naaptol mobile app.but it came by sms asking me to pay the amount again. I called them up again and they kept on cutting my calls, gave me another phone number [protected] as they didn't speak well in English, and I talked to around 8 to 9 persons and they kept cutting my calls.
My amount was not refunded and asking me to pay again. Worst sort of customer care centre.

I'm Anjaneyulu I got a letter from naaptol that I have won the lucky scratch card winner of worth 1200000 rupees. So I have called them they told me to send bank account details. Then I have send them my details. They called me and they told me to pay 2% tax of rupees 24000. I have paid them the amount through phonepe. Again they me and said that again you have to pay 4% tax of rupees 48000. Then I have got a doubt on them. They send the picture of the cheque that is on hold so I want to clarify it.

I have telephoned to [protected] from [protected] and asked to book the above product. The phone attendant has asked me to demand Rs.101/- towards shipping charges. My family members and friends also purchased so many items. I requested him to book order without shipping charges. He refused to do it. Then I requested him to give chance/connection to concerned SUPERVISOR to whom I want to request for accepting the order without shipping charges. He refused to give the connection with arrogant voice. This is the atmosphere prevailing at your end. I felt so much. This is the first time which I faced. This is happened at 6.55 PM today. Please treat the matter as important and do the justice. Your favourable action will be very much awaited.
