Received a detective piece for replacement their is no proper response from them... I have been calling from the date I have registered the complaint but I get to hear the same ie wait for 3-4 days... Till today there is no replacement has been done.....

In the name of naaptol company we received scratch and win coupon via post. As per the coupon we got firt prize which is hyundai creta car and they ask us to send the details of the coupon and next day we receive the letter of confirmation and asking us to pay. From the beginning we noticed this as fraud activity. To collect the whole evidence we tried to keep in contact with them....
