Yesterday i.e 17/12/20 i recieved a letter from naaptol online shopping pvt. ltd. It contains the information about 11th anniversary celebration, LUCKY DRAW and they sent me a scratch card attached with it. After opening the scratch card, i got 6, 50, 000 and a coupon code, there written sms coupon code to [protected].
is it real or

this is to inform you to i recived scratch card to win 24 lakhs and the said to deposit some amount and my self i was transfer some of amt Rs265850/- still to date we didnt received any amt from agian they are sent one letter to transfer Rs35000/- we will process your prize win and we dont know whether is it correct or wrong and we have deposit slip is having and we received letter from naaptol. is this fake news or we didnt know abt that we loss money . I ordered a hand sensor helicopter with order no 73642925.
The sensor is not working properly.
Also in the product box the MRP is hidden by using black marker.
But in the bright light MRP is visible and that is 188 .
The MRP of product is 188 showing on box.
And they sell the product at MRP 599.
This is cheating.
Now I want to return the product.
And want my cash back.
But they are not at all responding when I tried to contact them.
One team is forwarding to other and then other.
They are neither listening nor resolving my problem.
They generated a voucher worth rupees 599 .
But I mentioned them and request them clearly I pay 599 in cash.
So I want my money not some voucher.
Because now I don't have any trust in Naaptol .
So I don't want any product of naaptol.
I want my money back just like I give.
Hope this matter resolve soon.

Hi,
I ordered 3 bowl sets of blue color after watching TV adv.
But these 3 bowls were not of Blue Color. Plastic sheet was covered from outside and when I washed it, plastic got removed.
I registered complaint for the same and in return you gave me Milk Boilers and I had to pay additional 600Rs for it.
I first boiled water in this boiler, no sound came from whistle.
Then I boiled milk in it and it didn't whistle and milk came out of boiler on my Induction.
When I called Naaptol, nobody responded properly.
Worst product I have received from Online portal.
I would suggest please don't buy any product from Naaptol.

I got an letter along an scratch coupon through India post. When i scratched, i got "you won 12, 80000 1st prize Mahendra XUV with 6 digit code. To claim the prize i need to send the 6digit code to Helpline number [protected] & whatsapp number [protected].

My name is deeksha Seth I purchased a product from naaptol some 5-6 months ago recently I got a letter from naaptol that I am selected as a lucky draw contest winner in that I received a coupon scratch card in which I scratched it and it shows that I have won 750000 and in that letter there were two mobile nos. I called them and they said that if you pay 7500 service tax charge of 1% of the winning amount then they will transfer the winning amount in my account I wanted to know that this thing is true or it is a fraud and how they are getting my information of address and all the personal details how is it leaking from naaptol company and going to fraudsters. Please take action against the fraudsters regarding this and notify me. I am putting a photo of the letter please see it and take necessary action against them.

I have purchased two sets of Milk boilers as per TV Advertisement showing capacity 2 Litre & 1 Litre. After delivery of 2-3 days I have opened one set and want to use the boiler of 2 litre with 2 litre milk but surprisingly milk remain in the milk pot as the capacity of 2 litre is less than 2 litre same thing with 1 litre boiler. One set of boiler I gifted to my daughter who is also complaining that she is unable to boil 2 litre milk in 2 litre boiler. This is a Great Cheat from company side. While contacted on phone the lady who attended the call rudely spoken with me and shouted why the complaint is not lodged within 2 days. I don't understand the matter whether if I lodged the complaint within 2 days the boiler capacity would be changed. Please resolve my problem as I trust on Advertisement, but the capacity of boilers are smaller and waste for us.

Na april cheating my amount 75000

I was received a letter and scratch card of winning prize 12lakhs rupees when i called to that number they asked me to deposit money of 111200 and as I deposited they are asking 65000 again please help me in refunding my money

I want compensation for this fraud. I recieved this on your name and if you cant provide us with compensation we are filing a complaint against you.

We ordered eyebrows and facial hair remover of INR 1000 which after receiving was found to be damaged, the machine is not working even after using new battery cells.I want to return it asap and want my money back.

I have received registered post from naaptol in that post i have received scratch card for 11 th anniversary celebration . I won 1st prize hyundai creta car but i said i don't want car but they said you have 2nd option we will give money and they said 1st you have to pay 4% interest & gst then only u will receive that amount is that real or fake????

I got fake letter random luck draw contest.. claiming to be from naaptol... I haven't sent any of my details... There are number of people who have lost money.. I even got a call from the below number.. my only question to naaptol is how did the fraudsters get my address and mobile number?? It's really terrifying that all our details are being sold to this fraudsters and I don't know what initiative have you taken regarding this.. (fraudster Tilak Raj [protected], ... I have ordered 5 Nos Cotton rich Modern Floral Bed sheets ( Code 7290) - Order No :[protected] on 22/11/2020 from Naaptol online shopping Pvt Ltd. When I received that product it seems the colour and design Pattern of bed sheet are different from the advertising shown on Naaptol tv show, So I call customer care and complain against this defective product ( Complaint no[protected] dated[protected] and they promise me to return back the product and give replacement within a couple of days. ( Attached Photos for your reference )

After one week time on[protected] i got a courier for a replacement product of bed sheets, Again it seems the same colour and design patterns which had been sent to me on 1 st time . I am not satisfied with your product 100 %, Please take action on this return of your product and give my money back . All bed sheet colours are faded and 2 bed sheet design is not the same as on advertising on TV shows. Please don't do this to any of the Naaptol customers and it's not fair .

My Brother got a letter along with scratch card in name of naaptol and it was first prize won Mahindra scarpio XUV 500 when we scratched the card. In letter contact number given as ARUN KUMAR KT(Finance Manager) contact number- [protected]. We contacted above person and he congratulated us as we won 1st prize, then the same person asking us to pay Rs. 25600/- for temporary registration or we can convert prize car to cash by paying 1% cash in name of TAX pay.

We are bit confused whether it is true or fake. here we attached with images of received letters for your kind reference.

My father have brought the trimmer from naaptol online shopping after seeing the ads from TV.
In tv ads they said its 599 Rs and delivery charge 101 RS.

After its delivery to home i just checked and found that its over priced.
Seems in amazon same product price is only 339 Rs.They fooled my father.

I just spoked to their customer care and asked why i have been over priced. They just simply put the call hold for multiple times and then cut the call.

Just chatted in the whatsapp to their customer care and their replies are irritating and not properly responding.
