    Called 10 times to homekart registered office and customer care, but no response, purchased the product ( a door bell) on 6th Jan, 2017, no response from this company, if not responded now, will sue you in consumer court, the guy whom I called several times always gives me the numbers which are either not present or switched off, I request this forum to help me regarding this issue.

      Hello sir I have orderd a product from website :www.homeekart.com on date[protected] of cost 359Rs I have done payment by using *PayuMoney.com*
      My order ID is [protected]. after 4-5 days first I have mailed them to know status of my order, but there is no any reply given by Homeekart retail customer care, Then I tried to call them more than 50 Times, but they are not receiving any single call, Sir I'm in big trouble please help me to get me money back.
      HomeEkart Retail customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Please note I have not received Rosterrier with Morphy Richard OTG 24 RSS even the box in which it is delivered was torn need a replacment urgently
      I have order m3 band still i have not recived even no futher detial in tracking order
      Only showing orderd and paid i have paid 600 return the money

        Hello sir i have order a product from homeekart.com on date[protected]. I tried to call customer care more than 50 times to check status of my product but they are not receiving my calls, i have paid 359 rs through *payumoney.com* my order id is [protected].
        I have mailed them, i'm attaching screenshots of product details. I want my money back please sir help me.

          Hi Team,

          My 2nd complaint as it's still not resolved.

          PayUMoney Cannot Refund. hence you'll asked me for my bank details. I provided with my bank details still haven't got my refund it's 3Months now. I haven't got the refund or the product. I want to advertise this in newspaper n Facebook media if I don't get this sorted at the earliest. I hope you'll are not a fraud or fake company to cheat customers.

          Please Process Refund.. Have waited too long for the refund process.

          Shipment Not received. Hence called the company they said they cant do ship due to shipping problems with FedEx. hence they told they will process refund.

          I have contacted 3 times till now. Still telling the same story we will refund. Nothing is done till now.

          Should I consider taking legal actions for fake promises on refund of this online stores.

          I'm paying interest in my credit card Bill for the product I have t received or the refund. Can you'll compensate for the interest??

          This is a fake product. It's duplicate not original I just recieved the product on 19th April 2019.
          I want my money back & return the product.

          This is a duplicate product if I don't get my refund quickly will involve the consumer forum and launch a case against you.

              Still haven't got my refund. PayUMoney cannot refund they said. You'll asked me for my bank details. Stil have t got the refund.

              Please refund.

                I have order a coffee maker. Order no-[protected] on[protected] I have already paid through my debit card.the product I have not yet received and they are not providing any shipping detail.tried to contact lot to customer care but all faint. Seem to be a fake online shopper.

                Sir, i have sent a mail to hungama on 21sep 2015 for deactivating the hungama plan.but there is no response for the mail .my amount is crediting every month so deactivate it soon and refund the amount.my landline number is[protected] do it immediately.deactivation of movie, music, games on hungama plan..

                    Dear sir/madam I have given one on-line ordered on 18/05/2015 with order id [protected] at www.homeekart.com. I received an email on 29/05/2015 regarding cancellation of the order mentioning the reason " AWB was not assigned" After repeated email request of refund the payment, my refund was not paid till 12/06/2015. Also they are not responding to my repeated emails. Customer care number is always busy and i m not able to contact to customer care even after trying for five days. thanks
