My father recieved a certificate of winning xuv under your company name and then he was asked to send 14, 800 to your company name. My father did the payment and then he was asked to pay additional 29, 000. And he realised it might be scam a little late. Sir, we come from a middle class family and 14, 800 is a very big amount. Can you please look at the matter and do the necessary at your earliest.

On march 9th - 2020, i have received a fraudulent letter claiming to be an official lucky draw letter from naaptol. On further investigation of the letter, i found out that the letter was fake and was intended to scam money.
The question inhere is how did the scammer get hands-on customer data that includes a contact number and residential address. Customer data is a very sensitive matter and breach of such data is a violation. I...

We have received a scratch card and we have got cash prize in that and they provided some whatsapp numbers to send documents and in return we got a call to pay rs.6500/- and rs.12800/- again asking for rs.44000/- as a service tax. By seeing this portal we have understood that it is fraud. Naaptol have to take action on these kind of people. How the confidentally information of mobiles nos and address are leaking to third parties.
My sincere request is to take perfect action on these kind of people.

We have receive a letter and a scratch card from naaptol. We have scratched and won xuv 500. We have pay tax 14800. After they said we will pay for 3 %. We have pay 44400. They have send some proofs, we have trusted the proofs. And they asked to pay gst amount of 50000 thousand of money. Now feeling a miss under standing. This is fake or true. Please reply immediately.

A week ago i received a latter of naaptol company having a coupon of 750, 000 cash prize with a contract no. First of all they demanded 7500 as 1% service tax and given me a account of a person named pradip thakur to transfer the money then after that a gst of 3% which was 22500 which i refused to give then they call and said that they would transfer the money in small amounts so sum of minimum 6000 would be required and then again they called me and said that since the money needed to be deducted from there company account as a whole so they needed another amount of 6000
I was fool to transfer all those money i think law can help me to get back my money but i request you all to remain away from all such fraudsters cv

Yesterday my father got a letter from naaptol about a lucky draw, inside there was a coupon in which we have to scratch where it is written that we won 750000 cash prize. So my father made a call on the number mentioned in the letter they asked for 7500 rs after we paid that amt they asked for further more amt. Then we said them that we don't want any lottery and asked for refund of our money firstly they just said there is no way of refund of money but as my sister forced them to refund they asked for 25000 rs when we denied to give 25000 then they said that we have to wait for 90 days to get our money back. I also want to mention that i also spoke to naaptol head office, i got that number from google and i must say some of their employees don't know how to talk to their customer.

I had ordered 18pcs. Kitchenware set on 15th feb 2020 and received defected product. I had taken confirmation before ordering on the refund and was assured that i will get 100% refund to bank account if the product is defective or not liked by me.
Even after continuous followups the executives are saying that product is dispatched but i donot want it, i want my refund to which they say i'll get voucher. This is like cheating your customers.
I need my amount refunded asap to my account.

I received a scratch card for 6 lakh rupees and it says all government taxes + processing fees toward the redemption of the prize money will pe paid by the winner. Is this fraud?? Or is this legit?? They're even asking for account numbers and aadhar card and PAN card. It tells us to give a call on a WhatsApp number to give details. Can we know what is happening here??

My mother kalawati swami ordered a set of bedsheets from naaptol. Before purchasing it we confirmed about the refund on bank account and product quality. The executive said that refund will be done if the product is not liked by you. After confirmation only we bought the product. We got a scratch coupon of 2500000 in a lucky draw contest on the ocassion of naaptol birthday. i called to the customer care number given in the list, he asked me to fill the application form which contains account holder name, bank account number, pan and aadhar card number and share through whatsap so they they will call within 24 hours and deposit the money. can you please check and let us know whether i believe or not?

Im talking on behalf of my mom im her son dhiraj deore her name is ashwini deoremy order no. 64875510 of 7pcs induction friendly cookware was delivered to me on 26 january 2020. But when i opened it its quality was very inferior like very cheap quality product not what i expected so i made a complaint using naaptol provided number. And initiated the return process on that same day i also clearly mentioned the naaptol representative that i want money not any kind of vounche i have a recordings of the calls. But today at 30 january 2020 a delivery person took the order back when i asked him what about refund he said he didn't know anything and said to call naaptol. So i made a call to naaptol complaints number and they didn't gave me any clear answer and they said u will get a naaptol voucher... Which i don't want i want my money.
Please help me. Naaptol is a fraud...

Hi i m keshan and i here to complain that 3 days earlier i received a letter from naaptol in which it was given a coupon of 120000 and a scratch coupon which after scratching i got 430000 which means that total i have won 550000 rupees and i texted the coupon code on the number which was given in the coupon and then they started to call me asking that i have to pay 5500 as a tax amount which i thought that may its necessary so i i went to the bank and paid the amount after some time they again called me and texted me that now i have to pay 16500 as gst tax. I agreed to them but after that they asked me to pay 49500 as a cgst tax and asked me to pay it fastly or i will loose the money but now they again texted me this morning that i have to pay 93500 as tds tax which i refused to pay. When i refused to pay they went on continue calling me and when i tried to contact the naaptol supervisor they said that you have to pay such taxes and now if you don't do it then you will loose all money.
Now please i want my all 71500 rupees back plzz help
