Customer support executive not informed about expiry but found it got expired when tried placing order from the issue date of voucher.
Please either reactivate the voucher or issue new voucher.

Msg also not shows the voucher expiry date.

    I ordered a product (43 pcs coloured stainless steel storage set) from naaptol after watching the advertisement on 10th october 2019 but the received product was short in quantity, broken and very small in size.in received order instead of receiving 43 pcs of storage set, i only received 20 storage set. I called customer care to request a refund in cash but they only provide bouche of the same amount. Since the company's advertisement is just a lie, i don't want to buy any product from them. So, i only prefer hard cash for the exchange of the product. (Contact number : [protected])

    Fraud posts from India Post.Naaptol.com is doing all this... isn't it? These men are part of it.They are constantly calling me to send my details for registration in the lucky draw.
    Defective product they sent .. they did not acept my complaint kept fooling me thy gve diffrnt num cl this dept that dept and wasted my time I want my money’s back
    Don't want to buy anything still getting calls and the one who is calling is talking cheap and the language he is using is intolerable.

    Please train your employees properly

      Today (30th october2019 )my father has received a register posted letter from naaptol in which there was a lucky coupon and a letter for winning the contest.
      when he scratched that coupon he won Rs. 7, 50, 000 as cash prize money and then i contacted with the given help line number. after calling there a man he asked me the prize code and i have shared it with him and then he asked me for bank details. unffortunately by mistake i have shared the bank details with him on whatsapp ([protected]- this is the whatsapp no. of that person) . That person then said me to pay 1% service tax of that winning prize money and he has shared his bank details [ SHRINATH BANDARI, S.B.I, A/C no. [protected], IFSC code : Sbin0011140].After that i contacted with naaptol's customer care and then i found that all these things are fake things.
      This is my humble request to the company to take some action against this issue.

        We have got a lucky 'scratch & win' card by naptool online shopping pvt ltd. According to that scratch card we use to send them kyc documents in which they have provided a whatsapp number and afterwards they had sent a picture to us of a document said that if you you want car delivered you should pay 25, 600.00rs and if you are not willing to purchase car you can get money of 4, 80, 000.00rs only for that we wanna pay 1% of that money that means 48, 000.00 rs so we doubted it i willing it to complaint.

          I purchased a canon printer. They told mrp was 4500 and it is offer at 3800. When i got i saw mrp is 3800. Made repeated complaints but no use.

          Now i get a letter from naptol telling i have won rs. 750000 as prize money and to give the bank details. I know it is a fraud. I did not give bank details and getting repeated calls.

          What is going on some frauds are looting the public in day light by tv programs and nothing is being done.

            I got a letter by post stating that since its a 11th anniversary celebration naaptol has organised a random lucky draw contest and enclosed a scratch coupon. I knew straight away its fishy since the content and all doesnt look genuine at all also the letter states of me paying courier charges etc for the prize. Checking online found many are getting either calls or just coupon letters. Also his site doesnt look legit naaptolonlineluckydraw.com or is it?

            Please take strict action..

              I got a scratch card by post from naaptol which says I have won 7.50000 rs cash prize in lucky draw. With a helpline no. On it . [protected], when I called he asked for my bank details on WhatsApp. Now I m worried about my account. I called naaptol customer care to ask whether they are celebrating their 11th anniversary so they said no nothing is like that . I think it’s a fraud. Please suggest what should I do ?

              We got a registered letter by the name of naaptol with scratch card and saying that we got 120000/- prize many . So please don't provide our details to third parties.
              We received a lucky draw scratch card that mentioned XUV 500... we felt happy and called that number mentioned over there... they asked me to send adhar card and other scratch card pics... we did it in morning... after seeing in online we got to know it’s total fraud... pl take action against this...

                Called on +91-[protected] (Call centre) at 7.27pm today 9th october 2019.

                An associate named "sanjay" was very rude and uncouth & refused to help or transfer call to another associate or supervisor or manager to get my old issue of order placed on 29th sept and not yet delivered.

                Even today the associate verified the system has old address.

                The address since 29th october has been updated by them but my parcel is delivered to an old address.

                I have an sms confirmation on 30th september 2019 at 11.36 am that delivery address has been validated and order dispatched.

                Till date i dont have my order #61844917 has not been delivered to me & they are very abusive & non co-operative...

                The associates on the call are very rude and uncultured all the time.

                They refuse to transfer the call to a senior and are sitting only to trouble humble customers like me who are so very educated and cultured senior citizens

                Naaptol must be shut and sorry for their behaviour

                Yesterday i received a call from Naaptol online company. they were asking me to deposit the sum of Rs.7500/- in his account o as the asking that i won the car. and demanding money against taxes of car... Is this genuine of fraud. please help

                      Sir, it is my humble request to refund my money. Because it's been one and a half months that my order is not been delivered against my refund voucher. No. (Ntcvssux51) although i complained several times to the customer service. They continuously assured me that your product is out of stock. But today when i again called they said your address is not correct. So either you deliver the product or return my money as soon as possible.

                          (Fraud) do not do any products from naaptol.

                          I have brought some stuff from naptol last week, as in the ad its says that try for 2 days & if you don't like it then you will get your money back.

                          Within 24 hrs i requested for a refund, they told someone will collect the stuff but latter they closed the complaint saying there is no warranty on this product.

                            I have received a postal mail, in that a got a naaptol scratch and win card and provided with a letter of instructions, when i scratch the card; i got a redemption code and won 15 lakh only ( it says exactly like that).

                            Redemption rules:
                            1. total amount will be directly credited to your bank account.
                            2. All government taxes + processing fees will be paid by the winner.
                            3. The charges will be collected in advance and will not be adjusted against
                            the prize money.
                            4. All payments will be made on term of state and central government rule.
                            5. Your Bank Acc No. must link with Aadhar card and PAN card.

                            Then i am asked to fill the form asking the bank account details and mobile no. and pan and aadhar card no. also to sign the form at the bottom.

                              Naaptol online shopping pvt ltd sent my employee a courier with a lucky draw coupon in it suggesting he has won rs 6, 40, 000/- and they sent a whatsapp number on which he was needed to send the image to claim the prize money.
                              Later they said he need to deposit 8600 for winner certificate and 25600 for gst to get money in his account.
                              On confronting them they start to abuse and told him that cbi will come to his home if he dont pay gst amount.
                              It is a total fraud scheme to fool people. My employee lost 8600 which he foolishly deposited before bringing the issue to me.
                              Pls be aware and report the fraud on whatever platform possible.

                                I had ordered omron BP machine and they delivered a damaged product and have not replaced it nor attending helpline call. order no61125194. complaint number 40362957. They are repeatedly asking us the same questions and rather than sending messages have not yet been replaced. When we said that we will complain the lady who attended the call responded very rudely. Please do the needful. It's an emergency as far as I am concerned because I have a problem with a sudden decrease in my Blood pressure and would be good if I have the machine in hand to check my BP at the earliest

                                    We have received a scratch card and we have got mahindra xuv 500 in that and they provided some whatsapp numbers to send documents and in return we got a call to pay 14800rs as a service tax. By seeing this portal we have understood that it is fraud. Naaptol have take action on these kind of people. How the confidentally information of mobiles nos and address are leaking to third parties.
