Hi, its imran i have submitted my walnut package to the delivery boy on 13th sep but still i haven't got the call yet regarding exchange walnuts so kindly look after it and help me out of this.. And got the text that within 4-5 working days we will arrange the pickup complaint no.40243322 and now again i have got the text msg from the naaptol company that you will get the new package within 7/8 working days i don't know what the hell is this so kindly help me out of this

    lucky draw prize money coupon

    I got a scratch card by post from naaptol which says I have won 7.50000 rs cash prize in lucky draw. With a helpline no. On it . [protected], when I called he asked for my bank details on WhatsApp. Now I m worried about my account. I called naaptol customer care to ask whether they are celebrating their 11th anniversary so they said no nothing is like that . I think it’s a fraud. Please suggest what should I do ?...

    We have received a scratch card and we have got mahindra xuv 500 in that and they provided some whatsapp numbers to send documents and in return we got a call to pay 14800rs as a service tax. By seeing this portal we have understood that it is fraud. Naaptol have take action on these kind of people. How the confidentally information of mobiles nos and address are leaking to third parties.
    My sincere request is to take perfect action on these kind of people.

      Hi i am Imran from Pune district i have ordered the walnuts from naptol on 19th August 2019 and they commits that you will get the delivery on 26th Aug but i have got the the packet on 27th Aug by delivery boy by paying 1000.but agter open it its so better and test less to eat and immediately i call to customer care to raise an complaint for the same and i have raise the complain also regarding the same the executive committed that you will get the call back from our back end but still i haven't got an call yet so kindly me help me out of this

        Product through cod order[protected] for solar lantern of rs 399.00 has been delivered but it is not working even after charging in sun light and not worked then by charging plug also.
        Therefore either replace with solar lantern in working condition or if working product is not available then refund my money.

          My mother got one post from naaptol company by indian post for 8, 50, 000 rupees lucky draw. Post had one from and one scratch card and in the form they gave phone no. [protected]. On this no. He told me to send the filled form. Then he told to process the winning money you have to send 8500 (Gst registration)+17500 (Non clearance of central govt surcharge) +25500 (Non clearance of noc & lpc surcharge) in naaptol pvt ltd (Rajdeep chakraborty)
          Ac-[protected] ifsc code-sbin0000053. And after sending money i got fake documents and sms in the name of rib and gst as acknowledge. I am unable to recover my money. Please help me.

            We have received a letter with Scratch card with rs. 12 lakh from Naaptol Pvt Ltd. I know this is fake info and floating around. I would suggest Naaptol to keep customer info securely when someone buys on Naaptol site. Also, take necessary action on these kind of people seriously.

              I have order the walnuts on 19th aug'19 and its suppose to get in 26th aug but i have got. I have got it on 27th aug but after open the walnuts package it's so test less even test was better and i have immediately call naptol consumer care to file complaint on same date and they committed that our back end team will call you with in 24 hr's but still they didn't call me even when i call them back they says we didn't give warranty to food product. So please do the needful for me because i have given them, thousand rupee and now i want refund it at any how i hope you will help me out of this

                Today i have received one lucky draw coupon form your company. Couple of times earlier also i had received similar letters stating to be from Naaptol.

                My mistake was of buying a product once from Naaptol, from where my personal information (contact details, Address etc.) has been leaked. since then i have been frequently receiving such letters.

                During the first instance itself luckily before responding to the letter, i googled and found that this fraud is widely happening. There are so many who have reported it on some forums online, but there could be so many who have not responded and many more who have fallen pray to these frauds.

                How did such people manage to find our personal Data from your database. How can people trust and provide any information to your company.

                My sincere request is to take suitable actions against such companies sharing personal data and involving in frauds.

                  I bought a product from naaptol. They force to order me by repeatedly calling me. So i ordered and it came on 6/8/2019 but the product is not satisfied by me. And there was no attachings like invoice bill outside the packet. So i contacted naaptol and i told my complaint a several time but there was no respone from their side till date. I doesn't need my money back but i think to buy in exchange an other product. But they are repeatedly asking...

                  I have purchased portable cooler through naaptol for rs. 600 including shipping. Code no. 7684 and order no. 60700687. Cooler isn't giving any air also item is not as per demo given on tv. I had talked to naaptol customer service for cancelling, return and money back however they denied it totally and saying only replacement is possible however product is just waste of money and nothing else. Kindly look into this and help me get my money back from such doggy companies.

                  Here is the update for my complaint. Product has been returned for more than 7 days and since this was a Cash on delivery payment but no one has yet reached out to confirm bank account details to refund the amount for the faulty product. They are taking a long time and not processing the money back process promptly. Kindly do it as soon as possible.

                    The letter confirmed that i will get one lakh rupees as cash prize.

                    But having reviewing the consumer complaints, it has been noted that such kind of notifications are fraud.

                      I have ordered a leather bag from naaptol company on aug 10 of 2019 complaint no[protected]. After the delivery i found that the bag size is too small with 3rd class quality so, i choose to return the product and ask naaptol representative to refund my amount in bank account than they are saying they will refund amount through cash voucher but i am told them i don't want to shop anything from naaptol i want neft to my bank account. I have continuously call to naaptol company but they didn't pick up my call. On[protected] mr. Dilip (Executive) call me & the company generated the cash voucher without my knowledge. However, he talked so rudely and directly said that the amount cannot be refunded back to your bank account because as per the company policy after that he's phone got switch off. As i see in your refund policy from online portal (Snapshot attached) there is clearly mention the amount is transfer in your bank account within 2 working days. I don't want cash voucher please transfer the amount in my bank account as soon as possible.

                        Based on adverticement on naptol.com i have purchased keragain hair color shampoo from naptol and paid 999 + 399 + 200 = 1600 in which 999 is cost of shampoo, 399 very high delivery charges and 200 membership. Based on their add we can do our hair color in 5 mints using this shampoo. I have used it and hold it for 20 mints in my hair but i didnet got my hair colored.

                        They are cheating by getting 1500 rs of normal hair shampoo. Please help me to get money back

                          Received a scratch card in post, they said I have won Rs6, 40, 000..they gave a number to call on and in the supporting letter with scratch card they said I will have to pay ALL CHARGES in advance before redeeming the scratch card. This is a fraud and if anyone has bought anything from Naaptol please beware. Naaptol is fraud and sells your address and contact details to 3rd party..please ban Naaptol. I can provide the letter and scratch card if required.

If you did not deliver this product then tell me why you guys was telling so many thing during the advertisement.                               We got letter saying you have won XUV car. I know it is fraudulent. But how our details and database went to them. Whether naptool have tie up with these guys. I need immediate revert on this from naptool. How our details you can provide yo some one with out our permission or authorization . This makes me to believe that you have tie up with them.

                                I have recived one lucky draw coupon form your company.
                                We attached copy of that, it is true or fake, if it is fake how can get our details form your company

                                If your company leek our personal details like phone number or address, so it is vary risk for us, so please take action on that

                                  They mentioned all the taxes will be levied on winner and cannot be adjusted in prize money.

                                  I have ordered a juicer from naptol company on June 4 of 2019. But later I found that it is a damaged product so I choose to cancel the item, naptol didn't agreed for the cancellation of the product and they let me choose to exchange of the product with any another item available for the same price.and today is jul 30 still they didn't came to pick up the cancelled item . Am waiting from more than a month by calling the customer care of naptol all the time . They keep on telling me that they will arrange the pick up within 48-72 hours. But still am left with no response from the company
