It is a few days back i got a call from a naaptol seller he said that as a diamond customer i had been given an offer to buy a product for 2000 that included some kitchen utensils but the product delivered is not at all usable the seller claimed that the product would be of good quality and he even promised me that if i didn’t like the product i can return it and get my money refunded. I am not able to understand the procedure of returning the product the product is totally waste for me i want to return it back being such a good customer of your company how can you make such fake claims of good product when the quality is such bad i want my money refunded

    I have purchased a easy handy smart wash from you. But the same is not working since received, after that i call your executive then he told for copy of invoice and image of product to whatsup. I have sent both to your whatsup number but when your executive call to us they do not talk properly and told that we cant take back the product and not refund the amount.

    They only replace the item but as per your advertisement your give us the return facility of the product.

    I am attaching herewith the copy of invoice and hope you will be take action and refund us the amount at your earliest convenience.

      It's rubbish product and the sellers like naaptol is doing fraud with customers as this shampoo is utter waste and it did not turn the grey color hair into black. Used this twice but it didn't worked and when i asked for refund then naaptol says no refund policy as they know it's fake. Refund the money as you are doing cheating with innocent customers.

        I ordered some items on Naaptol on last year with that Delivery address I received a Scratch card from Naaptol with gift voucher of 12 Lakhs Rupees, I received Post from (GORUMAHISANI ORISSA Pincode 757042)

        In the gift card the below Naaptol Address is Mentioned on scratch card

        NAAPTOL ONLINE SHOPPING PVT LTD, 903, BUILDING 7, PRAKASHDEEP BULDING, TOLSTOY MARG, ATUL GROVE ROAD, JANPATH, CONNAUGHT PLACE NEW DELHI 110001

        I filled that scratch card form and I sent the scratch card to MRS RUPA BISWAS (Ashwin) WhatsApp number [protected] (Ashwin)
        Ashwin is the person who handled me from Naaptol
        Ashwin asked me to pay some government registration fee of 24000/- I made Payment through SBI Cardless deposit machine (CDM) on 16/03/2019
        In the second time I made payment of 36600/- for Registration fee from phonepe with transaction number as P1903161729274815265687 payment date on 16/03/2019
        (Bank Transaction Id: 16 Mar 2019 16 Mar 2019 TO TRANSFERUPI/DR/[protected]/378542 65/SBIN/[protected]/Hii sTRANSFER TO[protected], 600.00)

        Last week he called me and he said me to pay 51200/- for NOC and clearance due then only your check will release.

          Sub: Complaint aaginst the inferior quality product and defrauding customers

          This is to inform you that On 10th April, 2019 I purchased a Car Jack Combo from Naaptol for RS. 2999/- Vide a telephonic order . The order Id for the same is as follows[protected]

          I received the product on 13th April, 2019.
          On the very same day I registered a complaint with the Naaptol for return of the inferior quality and misleading product.Thereafter return pick was arranged on 15th April and pick up receipt was handed over to me when I returned the product. Moreover, I was informed that refund of money would not be made rather a cash voucher will be received which can be used for further shopping. I was forced to buy a product which is an aggressive selling and an unfair practice under Consumer Law.
          Few days later, I called Customer Care for my refund as I was not able to find any relevant product of my choice and also asked for their help in finding right product. I neither got any help nor my refund was given instead I was asked to wait for few more months till a new product of my choice is launched and gets uploaded on the website of the Company. It's the deficiency of services on the Naaptol's part but Naaptol is not ready to give the refund at any cost

          This way of pressurising the consumer into buying the product forcefully by restricting their money is utter nonsense and fraudulent practice and conduct on part of Naaptol.

          Thereafter on 30th April, Finally to get away with this problem of refunds and calling and getting frustrated and irritated. I decided to utilise the money and therefore, selected two products each of Rs. 1499 and Rs. 1499 from the site after facing so many difficulties.
          To finally let go this problem I called and had conversation with customer executive regarding placing the order for earlier refund amount.
          I was shocked to hear such anti consumer policies adopted by Naaptol wherein I was informed that in order to use my cash voucher of Rs. 2999/- I need to buy a single product which must cost of Rs. 2999/- and no product of less than 2, 999/ or more than 2, 999/- can be purchased.
          Pursuant to which I complained about the same and tried to get in contact over a phone call conversation several times with the company representatives, to understand the reason behind such illogical practice adopted by the company, who were rude and uninformed employees and paid no heed to my complaints regarding the refund or placing my order request.

          Kindly note that I now hereby request for the refund of my entire amount of Rs. 2999/-.
          This is to bring to your notice that they are conducting Unfair Trade Practices under Section 2 (1) (r) of the Consumer Protection Act.Consumer Protection Act gives consumers the right to refund agaist defective products.

          Kindly note if my issue is not resolved within 7 days and if the full amount is not refunded, I reserve my right to file Civil/criminal proceeding against Naaptol for my losses, harassment and inconvenience seeking higher compensation with the legal costs.

              Dear Sir/ madam,
              I have ordered 43 pieces airtight kitchen containers set on Naptol phone shopping on 19/04/19. I have been supplied the product very next day against cash on delivery for Rs. 1999/- including delivery charges. While checking the products, I found that about six cointiners are having it's leads very loose. Complaint was given through customer care phone and the the consignment was collected on 24th April 2019 with a commitment to replace the same with defect free products. After few days I have been conveyed that we will not supply the same item. you may buy any of other items of value equal or more than Rs. 1999/- against a voucher gift no. NTCVQEA89E of amount 1999.00. I have conveyed to Naptol over phone that I want the same item to be delivered or make refund of my money. Kindly arrange to deliver the same product immediately or else refund my entire amount.
              The message from Naptol is reproduced below for your ready reference.
              "Your new gift voucher NTCVQEA89E of amount 1999.00 is generated against your cancellation request for order .Thank you for shopping with Naaptol."

              I am sorry to inform that Naaptol is not providing quality products to their customers. Recently we had purchased 8 lamps for diwali which lights up when we pour water. But only 3 of them worked and we paid 500 for it but most of them were only defective. I am completely disappointed with Naaptol and have decided to never shop with them again. Don't ever purchase products from naaptol it's mostly defective and it's a huge huge wastage of money. Even when we called them and asked for a replacement, they didn't response well and did nothing for the replacement instead giving lame reasons and excuses. Hope they replace it.

                I have orderd a advance smartwatch worth rs 1698/_ from naptol on 19/4/2019 and received the same on 27/4/2019.. The battery of the product was dameged and switch are not working. Actually it is a fraud product.

                I need my money back as soon as possible. Naaptol selling fraud prodect. They are cheating consumers.

                    Postal department
                    After that i opened & scratched it
                    I won maruthi alto 800 plus 1, 20, 000/-
                    I called the helpline number

                    They will call back with in 10 mins
                    Later they called me with new number asked & verfied, they got sms code
                    After that they explained about gift & amount
                    I asked them to delivery it

                    But they are not ready
                    After deposit the service charge only, they may can done it

                    So i told them, u can adjust from my payment, they are not ready

                    So pls gentleman’s it’s pure fake
                    Don’t fall in this
                    Money will not come such an easy way

                      I ordered a product of set of three jeens from naaptol. I paid rs 1900 which include rs 399 courier charge.
                      Before ordering the product it was promised by the executive that if i don't like the product then full refund would be done.
                      When i received the product i didn't like the quality so i placed a request to return the product and get a refund. The complaint number related to this is 38377815.
                      Today when i called the customer support to know about the refund i had a word with mrs neha khatim, i really had a bad customer service experience she was not at all supportive and ready to help.
                      I just wanted to know that if any customer is not satisfied with the product and wanted to return and get back the refund then why would customer bear the courier charge of rs 399. Neha told me that i would only get rs 1499, why should i bear the courier charge of i am not keeping the product. I should get back my total money which i paid rs 1899.
                      Could you please look into this and arrange full refund o rs 399. Also pls take appropriate action against neha khatim for poor service.
                      I am really disappointed the way i was treated by naaptol executive..

                            I received a call from Balaji in Naaptol, he explained an offer to me where he said I've been selected for a special offer. The offer was for a air cooler which is generally sold for Rs. 5000 is being offered for Rs.1500. I asked him to send me the product details and I'll decide after looking at it. He asked me do you confirm that you want to know about this product, I answered yes and he asked for my pincode and said it is required to send me the SMS with the product details link. I gave him my pincode and clearly told him do not place the order on my behal[censored]ntil I see the product. He said the order will be placed after I see the product and confirm it. He disconnected the line and I got the SMS, I logged into Naaptol and under orders I can see the product. I have been trying to cancel the order. The cancel button in the website and app doesn't do anything. I called the customer care twice, first time I was told the order is cancelled but it'll take an hour to show as cancelled in the website. That did not happen. The next time I called them he said "it cant be cancelled, refuse to accept the delivery whenever it is delivered". Both times I asked for a reference number or complaint number that I can followup on. They disconnected the call. I dont want this product delivered to me at all. The order no. is 57483944

                                We have received a scratch card and we have got mahindra xuv 500 in that and they provided some whatsapp numbers to send documents and in return we got a call to pay 14000rs as a service tax. By seeing this portal we have understood that it is fraud. Naaptol have take action on these kind of people. How the confidentally information of mobiles nos and address are leaking to third parties.

                                  I have ordered get in shape fitness belt and pant for men and women - bogo from naaptol. The payment was made online and immediately after i ordered it showed error and then no confirmation mail came from naaptol and my money is gone.

                                  I am very disappointed. I have never experienced this situation from any other website like amazon, flipkart, snapdeal etc.

                                  I never thought that naaptol is doing such fraud. I have ordered the product on 29th march and an amount of rs. 1, 398/- has been deducted from my account.

                                  At least have a decency to return the amount if you can't take the order. Earlier i have purchased item on cod. But for the first time i made online payment and i have been cheated.
