I had ordered a pressure cooker set at naaptol on 24/05/2019 and the delivered item was damaged and i had contacted customer care and tey said the return will be done within a week but after 2 weeks they called me and said they will not be able to take return and will not be able refund the cash ( registered number : [protected])
I need my cash back or i need a new product

Non of the courier partner had called me yet.
I shopped for a sewing machine from naaptol online but it did not work even on the first day when I tried to contact the customer care they said cant do anything about it but after months Got a letter by speed post along with a scratch card stating that I have win a cash prize and plz sms the six digit code on no [protected].
I this true, i have recieved a book post to my home is this true

    We have received a scratch card and we have got mahindra xuv 500 in that and they provided some whatsapp numbers and asking 1 % to be paid by customer and 3% will be paid by naaptol By seeing this portal we have understood that it is fraud. Naaptol have take action on these kind of people. How the confidentally information of mobiles nos and address are leaking to third parties.
    My sincere request is to take perfect action on these kind of people.

      I hve bought online from NAAPTOL online shopping 7 pieces utensils set during 11th birthday celebrations festival & they told me about bumper offers after few days a letter receive by post at my home then I cl that no. Given in letter they ask me to gave my all bank details & deposit Rs. 8000 so plzz tell me this is true or not if not so why this letter came on my house how could they found my address & phone no.is this my mistake shopping online from NAAPTOL plz give me ans.

            I contact the customer service of naptol and told them my problem, after too many request they told me if you want the refund it will get to you via naptol cash vouchers, but i want my cash as a refund but they not giving cash as a refund. I request them to give me the refund in the form of cash but they not giving i want my cash.

              i have received a mail through post says i its alucky draw contest n has a scratch card in it.. and only distributed by HSBC BANK.. is this a fraud too?

                Team, i ordered 3 saree peices valuing rs 1000 on 28th may. However, the material is not as per my expectations and thus have called your executive for the same to be returned. However, one of your executive "pinky" talked so rudely and directly said that the product can't be returned as if she herself stipulates the company's policy. As per your policy, i understand that same can be returned if customer is not satisfied with the garment quality. Thus, please return the same on priority and please intiate necessarily action against pinky your executive and teach her proper demeanor and save your reputation from nipping in the bud.                     Dear sir,

                    I have done some online shopping in naaptol and have received the products ordered. However, we also received additional letter with scratch and win card.
                    I got a prize of xuv 500 in that card. Mobile number of one kiran kumar ([protected]) was given to whom we were supposed to contact for further details.
                    We did contact him and he asked me to send kyc documents and letter scanned copies to a whatsapp number ([protected]). I can either take cash (14 lakh) or the car but have to pay 4% service tax.
                    I believe this is fake. However, i urge you to take action against such people as they are harming the brand name of naaptol.
                    Please confirm that you do not have such offers for public currently.

                        I ordered royal chef juicer, and the senior person who spoke to me told me to buy solar lantern and mini cooler also with the juicer, i clearly told him that i am buying the product (Solar lantern & mini cooler) only on the condition that if i dont like the product they will return my money. After receiving the product on 24th may, 2019, i was not satisfied with the product and on the same day i called naaptol that i want my money back and i want to return the product. Now these people are telling that there is no such policy of returning the money, they will give me vouchers, i want my money back as i took that extra only on the condition that they wil return the money... They are cheating the people by commiting something on the call and once we purchase the product, they say that ther is no such policy. I want proper action to be taken against fraud company.

                          This is thriveni from chittoor. On[protected], i ordered for turkey denim pants set of size 40 and i recieved the same on[protected]. But my the person for whom i bought this pan sets was not available upto[protected]. On[protected], he found that size 40 is not fitted to him. And we want to excahange the same product with 36 size. We called to th naaptol customer care and there were telling that, they will accept the returns and exchange only after 48 hours after recieving the product. But we feel that the time which was given by the naaptol is not at all acceptable by any customer.in this regard, we will not buy any product from you and we will tell the same to all our colleagues, relatives and friends.

                              It is a few days back i got a call from a naaptol seller he said that as a diamond customer i had been given an offer to buy a product for 2000 that included some kitchen utensils but the product delivered is not at all usable the seller claimed that the product would be of good quality and he even promised me that if i didn’t like the product i can return it and get my money refunded. I am not able to understand the procedure of returning the product the product is totally waste for me i want to return it back being such a good customer of your company how can you make such fake claims of good product when the quality is such bad i want my money refunded

                                I have purchased a easy handy smart wash from you. But the same is not working since received, after that i call your executive then he told for copy of invoice and image of product to whatsup. I have sent both to your whatsup number but when your executive call to us they do not talk properly and told that we cant take back the product and not refund the amount.

                                They only replace the item but as per your advertisement your give us the return facility of the product.

                                I am attaching herewith the copy of invoice and hope you will be take action and refund us the amount at your earliest convenience.

                                  It's rubbish product and the sellers like naaptol is doing fraud with customers as this shampoo is utter waste and it did not turn the grey color hair into black. Used this twice but it didn't worked and when i asked for refund then naaptol says no refund policy as they know it's fake. Refund the money as you are doing cheating with innocent customers.

                                      This is to inform you that On 10th April, 2019 I purchased a Car Jack Combo from Naaptol for RS. 2999/- Vide a telephonic order . The order Id for the same is as follows[protected]

                                      I received the product on 13th April, 2019.
                                      On the very same day I registered a complaint with the Naaptol for return of the inferior quality and misleading product.Thereafter return pick was arranged on 15th April and pick up receipt was handed over to me when I returned the product. Moreover, I was informed that refund of money would not be made rather a cash voucher will be received which can be used for further shopping. I was forced to buy a product which is an aggressive selling and an unfair practice under Consumer Law.
                                      Few days later, I called Customer Care for my refund as I was not able to find any relevant product of my choice and also asked for their help in finding right product. I neither got any help nor my refund was given instead I was asked to wait for few more months till a new product of my choice is launched and gets uploaded on the website of the Company. It's the deficiency of services on the Naaptol's part but Naaptol is not ready to give the refund at any cost

                                      This way of pressurising the consumer into buying the product forcefully by restricting their money is utter nonsense and fraudulent practice and conduct on part of Naaptol.

                                      Thereafter on 30th April, Finally to get away with this problem of refunds and calling and getting frustrated and irritated. I decided to utilise the money and therefore, selected two products each of Rs. 1499 and Rs. 1499 from the site after facing so many difficulties.
                                      To finally let go this problem I called and had conversation with customer executive regarding placing the order for earlier refund amount.
                                      I was shocked to hear such anti consumer policies adopted by Naaptol wherein I was informed that in order to use my cash voucher of Rs. 2999/- I need to buy a single product which must cost of Rs. 2999/- and no product of less than 2, 999/ or more than 2, 999/- can be purchased.
                                      Pursuant to which I complained about the same and tried to get in contact over a phone call conversation several times with the company representatives, to understand the reason behind such illogical practice adopted by the company, who were rude and uninformed employees and paid no heed to my complaints regarding the refund or placing my order request.

                                      Kindly note that I now hereby request for the refund of my entire amount of Rs. 2999/-.
                                      This is to bring to your notice that they are conducting Unfair Trade Practices under Section 2 (1) (r) of the Consumer Protection Act.Consumer Protection Act gives consumers the right to refund agaist defective products.

                                      Kindly note if my issue is not resolved within 7 days and if the full amount is not refunded, I reserve my right to file Civil/criminal proceeding against Naaptol for my losses, harassment and inconvenience seeking higher compensation with the legal costs.
