I am a diamond membership person in Naaptol, the order value is Rs.1299/-On receipt I informed Naaptol on 15.4.19 .about seal open, no user manual, and the Smart watch Mobile is already used one, and not a new one.

I have bought 112 pc nomex drilling machine from naptol, and i have received 88 pc easy home cheap quality drilling machine and when i am trying to contact consumer service department they are arranging one by another call back it's been 4 days no help i have received.
Drilling machine was for 1999 which means a lot.
Please help me to get my money back.

Naptol fraud to me as i had ordered an cooker 5l with 3l cooker and 3 l cooker was missing and also the 5 l cooker is 2 l cooker in reality and idli stand is missing. Hi, Today I have received a call about lucky draw, that is fraud call and the person said you are the lucky customer and you won 350000 prize and get that amount from the post office and pay 2500 rupees. My Question is this how your company leak the data about customers. How can we trust on you. How can we purchase anything from your site. You should have secure the customers data, make sure this not happens again....

We bought mist fan of rs. 6000 which is useless. We raised complaint and returned the product within 48hrs. Even asking for refund of amount they are taking too much time and asking to take voucher to buy their worthless and useless products. We want refund of rs.6000. If you can not do this then we want this statement from your side in written. Further we will contact to consumer forum and do the process accordingly....

I ordered rajai from Naaptol and they sent me torn ones. Then I asked for refund and returned the parcel.
