I have bought a product (vox camcorder) on naaptol pvt. Ltd.
After receive the product i see this is a very bed camcorder . I returned the camcorder to naaptol pvt.ltd. but nasptol not returned my money...
Please help me to this issue. ... ... ..

I had ordered IWS set of 2 designer double cotton bedsheets with 4 pillow cover IWS-CCB-05 IWS-CCB-05. I received product yesterday and after opening parcel I was shocked.. the bedsheets print is totally different than the exact order placed..I had received wrong product.. kindly consider complaint and replace it as soon as possible ..its very worst for us...

One year back i have got the call from someone and he said that i have won the 15 lakhs car in lucky draw and to get that car delivery i need to pay them some amount of money. I have enquired from naaptol and they said that there was no such lucky draw happened in naaptol and ask me ignore that.

Few days ago, i have purchesed roti and khakhara maker by watching naaptol tv show, but in the parcel the handle of roti maker is already broken, so it is not applicable to use. That is why, i want replacement against the delivered product. The order no is 35858727, date 26 may, 2017, pin code 271002, e biller no 5416.

Too much noise coming when we start the paint spray machine, we paid @2999 + 399 delivery charges rs. Its more then double price at market rate but same is not good hence we do not wants please return this heavy noise paint spray machine.

As I ordered Air cooler of Kelvinator but it does not give cooling air for this purpose only we purchased it but it is failed as per my expectations & also it is not as shown on TV. Kindly refund my paid amount as soon as possible. I want my money at any cost. Such a loot by naaptol.com which should be banned by Indian govt. Please everyone make sure not to buy a single thing from naaptol it's a loot company....

I purchased the cooler and it was delivered last evening and as I open to use it and the product didnt work. I called customer service more than 10 times but no answer. Then I wrote then an email and today they replied stating contact the service center as it has warranty but there is no exchange. Why should I take a defect product. I need it to be returned. This company is fake company, please dont buy from them......

Product code : 4444, Ad shows the cost as 999/- but while placing the order asking for additional 399/- as shipping charge which is approx 50% the cost of product. I had a phone call today morning from +[protected]. One person speaking in Hindi was saying that I had won a lucky draw conducted by Natpol for their customers and will get one Tata Safari car. I had given my date of birth on his enquiry for processing the documents . He was asking my bank account details and I asked him to call me after some time. He told me to transfer some money as transportation charges....

I got a call today 16/05/2017 from some unknown person claiming that he is from naaptol and that i have won tata safari or in lieu there of 12.80 lakhs in prize money and asked me to sms him my bank account number, adhar card details and deposit 8200 rupees to take the car value or 12500 if we want the car.

I have only 1 question, how did the scammers got all our details?
