I got a message to my phone number from naptol company saying ;
hi sir you are winner of naaptol company you win-1st prize (tata safari) price of Rs-12, 80, 000 registration charges rs=8400. on details, contact me=
[protected],
[protected].

i called to[protected] number and spoke to them.
they said the same thing what i have got in the message.

i dont know how far this is true.
but please do avoid these kind of messages

They are calling again and again and saying you got a Tata Safari in draw.they are also saying to pay 65000 in order to get that prize.the person is calling again and again and sending messages forcing us to pay that amount.I have also seen other customer complaints regarding this of Naaptol. I really feel they are fraud. action should be taken immediately.

I got one call mobile no :[protected], caller giving information regarding my order, he had my order number, my contact no, my address.

He giving me one offer that my order win the lucky draw and i got 1 car, but need to service tax and for expense, asking me rs.10000,
He giving me office address :
Sector 63, plot no 92, shop no 61, naaptol, agent name: raju malhotra.

Please check, caller is truly employee of naaptol, if yes, then why he had asking money.
If he is not naaptol employee, then how he had my naaptol order detail with address contact number, any miss use of my detail, who is responsible.

Please try to check and hope to do needful.

I had purchase a combo pack of shoes, sunglasses, a pair of shocks and a watch, altogether it cost me Rs1400 with shipping charge included, but the sad part is i didn't like any of the items. The quality which was displayed in naaptol channel in TV, it is not even close to that. So I am very much disappointed with my product. I want my money to be refunded in my bank account as soon as possible. I hope that my request will be granted. Thank you.

We got a message that we have won can we got call from mobile no. [protected] on July 3, 2017 we were explained you will have to pay only Rs. 6500/- that is registration charges only and nothing should be paid, I had asked several times that please tell us properly nothing to be paid said no only you will have to pay 6500l I was told to deposit the money in the name of Ganesh Patra A/c no [protected] IFSC code SBIN001367 STATE BANK OF INDIA we deposited the amount July 4 again he called said give me the confirmation of bank whether you have deposited I said OK he again called that I have received the money then he said now I need you ID proof to make papers at RTO office then too he is not telling me that I will have to pay the money for paper work when I got the ID ready and sent to him immediately I got message that you have won car now you will have to pay Rs. 48500/- then I called him I asked him he said when you are winning the car free then RTO papers we have to prepare how will you run the car. My question when I am winning car that means they should send the car to me at the following address given, he said no until you pay the amount of Rs. 48500/ we cant deliver the car, I again spoke to him on the phone I said the amount of Rs. 6500/- what I have paid please return it back he said no we cannot return now your name is registered in RTO henceforth if you would like to buy a car you do not have to money. Sir Once again request you to refund my amount what I have paid. I do not want car but do not cheat people like this no body will buy thing of your product.

Hello I have got a call & text msg today from naaptol call centre and been told that i owned first prize i.e. Tata Safari in naaptol lucky draw. He asked me to pay service charge or if i wants to exchange the prize into cash then asked me to pay cash.
Here is the text msg coopied plz check-

Badhai Ho Aapne NAAPTOL Se Products liya Tha Jisme Lucky Drawa Me 1st praize TATA SAFARI Ka Winner Bne Hai Call[protected].(Winner Char-Rs-8500/-&12600/-)

Is this true? As per my knowledge naaptol is not providing cash in exchange of prize. That person had called me through out a day so many times.Then i give a call to naaptol custmore care number so lady executive said its fraud plz dont take serious.Naaptol company will take legal action for the same.

Now I have contact no [protected] Mr.Subham and he send to me Bank Deatail as SBI bank A/c no [protected] Account holder Name-Krishna Kumar.

Request you to indian consumer complaints forum plz do the needful ASAP.

We are going to file the FIR in police station for the same.

Hello I got a call today from naaptol call centre No. +91 [protected], and been told that she owned first prize i.e. Tata Safari in naaptol lucky draw. He asked to pay 5000/ as service charge or if I wants to exchange the prize into cash then asked me to pay 5000/ -. Is this true? As per my knowledge naaptol is not providing cash in exchange of prize. That person had called her through out a day so many times.

Kindly reply. Was that a true call or fake?. Does Naaptol ask winners to pay anything for the prize?.

I ordered 50 pcs designer dinner set from naaptol for 1500 rs.
First of all they didn't tell me about 400rs shipping charge extra.
They confirmed my order through phone call but didn't talked to me about any extra shipping charge.
Plus they sent me totally different set of dinner set from shown on tv.
All i want is refund my all the money back i paid to you including shipping charge.
Stop cheating on consumers.
And first of all recruit humans instead of robots who cut downs my phone when they can't answer me.

Refund me original money.

I work hard for my every penny of my money i don't fraud people.

I have received the above order in bad /dilapidated condition. I want to return the product. Also please examine how the above product happened to be despatched to me without checking. I had bouht 3 ikall mobile phones in naaptol for 2000 rs but the batteries they gave are faulty they loose their charging with in one day without using the mobile not even one time also they are not taking the product back to give refund naaptol is fooling the people by delivering the faulty products and not taking them back also the doscounts and cashback offers are also faulty making consumers fools.

I am regularly receiving fake calls from some one introducing them as naaptol employees from jamshedpur branch of naaptol.
They are offering a car won in draw based on a previous order placed in naaptol & asking for account details & aadhaar no.
They are calling it all from different nos. Almost everyday from last 30 days.
Today he even get vulgar in talks & threatening to share the details, as he already have my home address & that guy speak out my address threatening me to share the details.

It's a serious concern, strict actions should be taken against naaptol - compromising sensitive information (Home address, mobile nos, contact name) to fraudsters.

P. 284204 and message sent by naaptol company (Dear sir/maidam your prize v. P. Letter booking no is. Ro[protected]in. Your lucky no is.5013. Please enquiry the nearest post office & receive the prize v. P. Letter. Ready to payable amount rs.3150/-only.) please tell me sir it fraud or real please tell or response fast me. After the complaint i got voucher code of same amount (2999) from naaptol but when i m going to redeem that on 2000rs product it's not working some error massage is showing what the hell they people are fooling customers by giving this voucher code better you people return my money i have lots of issue from naaptol suggest people not to purchase anything from naaptol it's worst product and if you return not proper coordination or valid voucher you will receive worst service i have been ever faced.
After complaint of above got the call from naaptol they have taken my bank details explem ifc code account number branch and bank name they suppose to credit the voucher amount last to last week but still not receive my money nor valid coupon. Very bad it's shown there company reputation how bad it's.

Today morning my father got a call from a person asking him to deposit money in bank 12800 as dd in case if choosing cash as prize or 18500 in rto office in case of choosing tata safari vehicle. And asked my father to send account details and i'd proof to his whatsapp no. And whenever i asked him that i have not get any messages or letter from the company, he immediately send a fake letter to my whatsapp no.
How could people so ridiculous? How could people play with the emotion of others.

I have bought a product (vox camcorder) on naaptol pvt. Ltd.
After receive the product i see this is a very bed camcorder . I returned the camcorder to naaptol pvt.ltd. but nasptol not returned my money...
Please help me to this issue. ... ... ..

I Purchased swipe mobile Invoice No.84765/DL/0017661/2017/2018 dt.14.4.17 order no.34225589, after using for days it has developed heavy heating and battery back up 3 to 4 hours.mob.handed over to M/s.Super Telecom on 28.4.17 job sheet no:UP-VRN-SUT-1075, It has send to factory at pune, there is no proper response.request Naptol refund my money.

I had ordered IWS set of 2 designer double cotton bedsheets with 4 pillow cover IWS-CCB-05 IWS-CCB-05. I received product yesterday and after opening parcel I was shocked.. the bedsheets print is totally different than the exact order placed..I had received wrong product.. kindly consider complaint and replace it as soon as possible​..its very worst for us

One year back i have got the call from someone and he said that i have won the 15 lakhs car in lucky draw and to get that car delivery i need to pay them some amount of money. I have enquired from naaptol and they said that there was no such lucky draw happened in naaptol and ask me ignore that.
Today again i have got the same call and told that guy if he call me back again i will complaint against him in police station.

But i feel naaptol is also responsible for such type of fraud becuase they have disclosed customer's data to fraud people. I belive in India they can easily find people who will trapped into their fraud.

Naaptol please publish information on your website or TV shows that these call are not from naaptol and customers can ignore that

Few days ago, i have purchesed roti and khakhara maker by watching naaptol tv show, but in the parcel the handle of roti maker is already broken, so it is not applicable to use. That is why, i want replacement against the delivered product. The order no is 35858727, date 26 may, 2017, pin code 271002, e biller no 5416.
Kindly contact me as soon as possible to ensure replacement.
