I had bouht 3 ikall mobile phones in naaptol for 2000 rs but the batteries they gave are faulty they loose their charging with in one day without using the mobile not even one time also they are not taking the product back to give refund naaptol is fooling the people by delivering the faulty products and not taking them back also the doscounts and cashback offers are also faulty making consumers fools.

I am regularly receiving fake calls from some one introducing them as naaptol employees from jamshedpur branch of naaptol.
They are offering a car won in draw based on a previous order placed in naaptol & asking for account details & aadhaar no.
They are calling it all from different nos. Almost everyday from last 30 days.
Today he even get vulgar in talks & threatening to share the details, as he already have my home address & that guy speak out my address threatening me to share the details.
Received call from this no today — [protected]
It's a serious concern, strict actions should be taken against naaptol - compromising sensitive information (Home address, mobile nos, contact name) to fraudsters.

Today morning my father got a call from a person asking him to deposit money in bank 12800 as dd in case if choosing cash as prize or 18500 in rto office in case of choosing tata safari vehicle. And asked my father to send account details and i'd proof to his whatsapp no. And whenever i asked him that i have not get any messages or letter from the company, he immediately send a fake letter to my whatsapp no.
How could people so ridiculous? How could people play with the emotion of others.

One year back i have got the call from someone and he said that i have won the 15 lakhs car in lucky draw and to get that car delivery i need to pay them some amount of money. I have enquired from naaptol and they said that there was no such lucky draw happened in naaptol and ask me ignore that.
Today again i have got the same call and told that guy if he call me back again i will complaint against him in police station.

But i feel naaptol is also responsible for such type of fraud becuase they have disclosed customer's data to fraud people. I belive in India they can easily find people who will trapped into their fraud.

Naaptol please publish information on your website or TV shows that these call are not from naaptol and customers can ignore that

Order 35888278 placed on naaptol on 27/05/2017 by calling[protected]. Rs. 2398/- cash on delivery was paid. Naaptol is cheating people, don’t trust naaptol advertisements, luxury queen 3d printed double bed sheets with satin finish thick material is being shown on tv but very cheap quality product, rotten material, duster quality cloth, without any brand seal, faded print, rotten stuff has been sent which is very badly finished. It has been delivered to me by star vintage home textiles on naaptol/ guru kirpa enterprises behalf. Defective lowest quality product has been received. Naptol is not reliable. Naptol should refund money with damages or replace with stuff matching quality shown on tv.

Product code : 4444, Ad shows the cost as 999/- but while placing the order asking for additional 399/- as shipping charge which is approx 50% the cost of product. I mean no courier company charges 400/- for shipping a product anywhere is India. This is just a loot. Above all, why this shipping charge is not shown on screen?? This is absolute cheating.
I am going to lodge an official complaint with consumer court and with all the concerned legal cell and the ministry.

After the complaint I got voucher code of same amount(2999)from naaptol but when I m going to redeem that on 2000rs product it's not working some error massage is showing what the hell they people are fooling customers by giving this voucher code better you people return my money i have lots of issue from naaptol suggest people not to purchase anything from naaptol it's worst product and if you return not proper coordination or valid voucher you will receive worst service i have been ever faced.

Naaptol Online Shopping customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Shab Shaikh Still no one has revert back when I called on tool free number spoken with rupa sarkar she told that they have already generate the coupon agains refund when I asked her whome you people have inform about it she didn't have any answer and talking rubbish.same scripted not allowed to transfer the call to senior and no rights to send me the mail that solution will be provided in next 48 hours.all cheap and nonsense people are there no one is there to help I did such a big mistake to buy product from naaptol suggest everyone not to purchase anything from naaptol.
