I have purchased one product online . My product order no was 92687487 . Product quality was very poor and also received in damage condition. I have placed the order no 15 Jan 2022 and material received on 20 Jan 2022 and same day i have dispached back to Naaptol . I want the refund my money as earliest as possible .There is no responsible person to handle the customer query . I have sent a mail to 17th Oct 2012 .but no body revert to me for refund . I have very bad experience with Naaptol . I am asking my money than why they take the time to return the same . i have also registered the complain . My complain no is 55243751. Today i have also talk to customer care.I told him to talk to your senior but he said to me that Our senior not wants to talk to you .and told me after some time, he is busy and make many excuses. Same thing happened when i called on 23rd Jan 2022.

Kindly request to you please return my money and inform to me .

They are making us fool. How did they get such a sensitive information of customers.

Asking me transfer 12400 as a processing fee. After that they will process winning amount in my account

Received a fraud courier in the name of naaptol stating I have won 12.5 lakh in lucky draw, citing partner bank as hsbc

I have order looking at your TV advertisement that there is 50 colour mask where as I received the product with 5 colour.
I had clarify this before purchase that it will be multicultural same as shown in the TV advertise.

Had ask for return and now your executive are denying this. Neither they are supporting nor speaking in a supportive manner.
This looks like a false advertisement and a fraud with the consumer.
I need a return and need the same product which shown on the advertisement.

Also 2-3 mask are damage

The stainless steel water bottle ordered are defective I.e. the caps of bottles are not smooth and the bottle is broken at the bottom. Also the quality of product is very bad.

When filed a replacement complaint against it on naaptol the are not solving the issue only telling that it will be solved. 20 days have passed and they are not solving the issue

Am purchased I kall flip Mobile phone before few months. Now phone is under warranty period and phone display, charger, ear speaker are not working few day's so pls replace my phone.

I am writing this email on behalf of Parveen Yadav (Mob : [protected]) who ordered a product with order # 91628783 for Rs 2000. The products received are inferior in quality and the services from Naaptol are as always shambolic.

The product was ordered on 21st Dec '21 and the very next day on 22nd Dec return was raised. Till date I have received multiple return requests and every time I get a complaint number or been told that the technical team will call back who I believe don't even exist. I simply need a refund of my money as I don't really care about their crappy product which probably isn't even worth Rs 200.

The unqualified front line support people on the customer care sound so robotic and have no explanation. They disconnect calls on purpose, make excuses like the system has technical issues, wait for delivery boys or a call back which eventually doesn't happen. Supervisors are always on lunch or break.

I am forced to raise a complaint with the CEO of this company and raise complaints in all existing consumer complaint forums including twitter, FB.

We received a letter from Naaptol along with a scratch coupon. And even we called the person and he confirmed that the prize amount will be credited to our account within 2 working day. We considered this as a verified one due to the presence of the Naaptol stamp. If possible could you please confirm us how our addressed are shared to them, Thank You.

I got a scratch card and letter from naaptol company,

We received a letter and scratch card in my address today. And it offers a huge gift money and demands 1% of that amount as security deposit.
I wonder how did these scammers have our address and details and how did they know that I have purchased from naaptol at the first place. It's clear that the information that we have provided with these online shopping sites are being misused.

I send To Them And again They Asked Me too Send Bank A/c Detail's Again I sent They Said To First Pay 1% ... it is Fake Are Not ... Naaptol Answer For This ...

I received a latter from the post office in this latter having a one scratch card I clearly scratch you have won 750000 and contains a one digit code I am calling to helpline number that officer verify this code and you won 750000 but Dear customer, Mr. REPANI RAVI is creadited on[protected] with Rs.7, 50, 000/- is transfer successfully but due to SERVICE TAXE reason your transaction is on HOLD please pay the SERVICE TAXE charges 1% Rs.7, 500/- and realesed your amount automatically to your account within 15 minutes please pay immediately Thanks & Regarding. This is true or fraud suggest me.plz help me immediately

I have purchased two mosquito killers on1st Dec 2021 it worked for only one day. Next day onwards not working. I am being cheated by this product. I don't know where to complain and return the products.

We have received the letter & scratch card from the company on the address from the post office. We have checked the mobile no in true caller they display the no. in Naaptol name.
They asked me to pay 1% and I paid it(11500) and again after sometime 3% also I paid(34500). I thought its fraud and again that CRO officer called and gave the phone call to his manager and bank manager but his call is still working...

I can purchase a body fitness belt in Rs 600.The belt is too small and I can return itIt is also defactive.It can return andand get me my money.
