Naaptol Online Shopping — callmate smart watch is not starting

I bought a callmate smart watch by order no 38196987 dated: 07 aug 2017 which i received on 30 aug 2017. When i try to start the watch it did not started. And this is not charging. I called your customercare numbers. I also send an e-mail to repair defective watch and also send photo of bill. My e-bill no is 6309. But the watch is not starting nor charging. Plz try to repair this watch
