[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — complaint against the exchange of a product | |||
This is thriveni from chittoor. On[protected], i ordered for turkey denim pants set of size 40 and i recieved the same on[protected]. But my the person for whom i bought this pan sets was not available upto[protected]. On[protected], he found that size 40 is not fitted to him. And we want to excahange the same product with 36 size. We called to th naaptol customer care and there were telling that, they will accept the returns and exchange only after 48 hours after recieving the product. But we feel that the time which was given by the naaptol is not at all acceptable by any customer.in this regard, we will not buy any product from you and we will tell the same to all our colleagues, relatives and friends.
