I ordered a product of set of three jeens from naaptol. I paid rs 1900 which include rs 399 courier charge.
Before ordering the product it was promised by the executive that if i don't like the product then full refund would be done.
When i received the product i didn't like the quality so i placed a request to return the product and get a refund. The complaint number related to this is 38377815.
Today when i called the customer support to know about the refund i had a word with mrs neha khatim, i really had a bad customer service experience she was not at all supportive and ready to help.
I just wanted to know that if any customer is not satisfied with the product and wanted to return and get back the refund then why would customer bear the courier charge of rs 399. Neha told me that i would only get rs 1499, why should i bear the courier charge of i am not keeping the product. I should get back my total money which i paid rs 1899.
Could you please look into this and arrange full refund o rs 399. Also pls take appropriate action against neha khatim for poor service.
I am really disappointed the way i was treated by naaptol executive..
