No response to resolve the complaint even after lapse of 21 days. Only false assurance from the team. As per there rules all complaint to be redressed within 25 days. Moreover, the response from ceo also a blaff. Under such circumstances i have to file a complaint in consumer court and matter is under discussion with one advocate.
