I ordered a set of 2 Jaipuri Razais from naaptol (on call)shopping network. i was delivered torn razais. when the replacement came, it was torn too and of inferior quality. i demanded the company to return my money and take back their product but they are paying no heed to my requests for refund. this is a clear case of fraud.
